Don’t use Shurguard Chalk Farm unless you like driving around while other customers pile all their belongings in the parking area and wedge the facility’s doors open

You have a great staff, and I genuinely felt comfortable and safe.

My unit smells like literal sh/t. It is underneath a sewage line that I pray won't leak. It is disgusting. I've almost vomited each time I visited. I was leaving on a flight that evening so there was nothing I could do, and the store is unmanned so you can't visit beforehand. Absolutely disgusting.

There were no trolleys with wheels on availble.

I did everything online/by phone and I just showed up on the day and everything went well. I'm very pleased with the size and height of unit.

easy and smooth experience to put things on a storage

Access Code Issues: When I arrived at 6 PM (the facility is advertised to be open until 7 PM), my access code did not work. I received a message instructing me to contact the manager, but there was no one available to assist me (they close office and support at 5PM). This forced me to take all my heavy items back home, which was extremely inconvenient.

Second Attempt Failures: The next day, I returned and faced the same issue with the access code not working. I called the support team who indeed assisted me. They provided me with a one-time code so that I can at least get in.

Incorrect place of the unit , Poor Signage and Assistance: After finally gaining access, I struggled to find my unit . The signs indicated that unit should be in the 9000 range which were located at the far end of the facility. After carrying all my heavy items there, I discovered that the unit is simply not in its place. With no phone connection in that area, I had to trek back to the entrance to call for assistance. Even the staff seemed unsure about the exact location of my unit and they instructed me to search in another section of the place. I spent a significant amount of time searching for the unit, with assistance from the team, but they themselves did not know where exactly the unit was. This was far more time-consuming and frustrating than I had anticipated.

The storage i was assigned was dirty, with a lot of cobweb and black dust, so I requested another storage. I had to travel a second time to sign a contract for the new storage and the next day, due to a computer error, I was told my storage was cancelled because I didn't sign the contract, which I did the day beforw. It was a really stressful as I was travelling and wasn't sure if my belonging was safe. So it wasn't a satisfactory experience.

Unfortunately I can't say I had a good experience with this storage because I called them to ask untill want time I could move stuff in and they answered saying the deposit is open until 8 pm, I've arrived there at 6 pm and it was closed. I had to pay the Uber twice to bring my stuff back home and of course pay it again to move in the day later.
All went good in the second attempt.

It works very easy.

I was not given the code for the pinpad so only had face recognition. The Wifi was not working in the store so was stuck inside and had to wait until someone came to tap on the pin pad. The code should have been given to me when I signed up. Otherwise the venue is good but this is basic stuff - give the code and make sure wifi is working or upgrade!!

Very easy booking and great location. Except for the spam-like calls and aggressive communication strategy after you even only think about making a reservation

Crystal was very helpful last week. She showed me around the spaces and let me see the exact size of storage I need. She also explained everything I need to know about how the access works. I have booked my storage in advance everything ready to go. Many thanks Crystal.
