Ease at setting up, access hours very good without having to pay additional fees

Amazing flexibility. They accommodating my every need. Also the place is extremely secure with different forms of sercruity at various points.

I could not get access the day I signed up as they requested me to attend one their branch after I send a copy of my ID as advised after signed up.

Online Booking experience was easy, staff at the site were very helpful. Only nuisance was the exit gate was out of order (still is 3 days later) requiring exit through the entrance gate, where the code box is not accessible without getting out of the car and going through a pedestrian gate first.

The whole process was very straight forward and when we arrived they helped us move into a bigger space to better accommodate our belongings.

To book the storage online was was very straightforward and to collect the keys was very convenient.

We took a storage unit for a 1 month low cost deal. I cancelled the recurring rental as we only needed the space for 2 weeks and we have been billed in full for 2 months at an extortionate rate
I am fighting with them to get the erroneous charge refunded but zero luck so far

Clean unit and spacious

Very negative experience with the Highams Park branch. Staff are disingenuous - had my items stored inside one storage unit which was HUGE and much larger than I needed - felt they were upselling and overestimating the size needed for the items (sofa, love seat, a single box and a rolled up rug). After realising it was much too large - I advised them that I wished to downsize. A price was quoted to me, which I was later told (once I had moved my items from one unit to another) did not include the insurance fee. So it went from £143 to £167. When I asked the clerk why he reiterated £143 as the grand total on the phone yesterday and again today when I arrived on site he became incredibly defensive and combative in speech, dismissing my complaint and trivialising it as ‘you have only been with us a month, it’s not my fault that you don’t know the price we quote excludes the insurance’. Unacceptable and very unprofessional conduct. I’ve handed in my notice to vacate my items by October and will be moving to another storage provider as a result of this experience.

Well that was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Great to use the offer too which was a bonus. Easy access and very secure minded as you need a code for everything which is a peace of mind
