If I could rate lower I would, been renting with shurgard for a year, it was chaos from the beginning, the shurgard customer service are heartless rude and mean bullies, currently at the city airport branch. I could write a long epistle if what I have endured but it comes down to it this company has been the coldest and worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t bother stay far away!

First off all , the staff is gret , very nice and profesional people, second off all high recommended becuse is easy safe and very cheap, i fell gret to know all my staf is there and no buddy can touch ....

Excellent facilities (clean, safe and with all equipment needed) and very good service. I was fully supported by Siobhan which as amazing, from signing the contract to helping me on changing the storage when I was not sure if everything would fit into a single one.

I completed my application for a new storage space and paid online, I gave the date I would like it start. I had a call the same day to explain the procedure of as it was a weekend.
My storage space was ready and clean, everything was exactly as it was explained to me.
Very simple process.
I would recommend using Shurgard

UNIT BROKEN INTO. Several units every few months are broken into. No overnight security. Found out that this has been taking place over several years. Four other customers were in the line a head of me returning their units. One of them said his unit was broken into 3 x times in 6 months. No additional security measures have been added. The premises is insecure at night and a code lets THIEVES in and to access all floors!!!!! I can’t help but wonder if this is an ‘inside job’ then as access code only allows the lift to stop on the floor where your unit is, thieves are managing to get to every floor easily. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. YOUR UNIT CONTENTS WILL GET STOLEN.

I’ve taken out storage for a couple of months now and agree with other reviews that it’s clean, knowledgeable staff and well situated. I’m no longer sure about safety as I experienced a break in today!!! I’m still very much shocked and anxious. Never ever have I thought this could happen - I absolutely believed it to be secure storage. Thieves broke into several units which was known but what I can’t understand is that there was no communications at all to at least ask for clients to come and check their units. How could this even happen, really? This is supposed to be secure? I’m speechless ….
