This was a very professional service, from Brian on the phone to Mel on site, it was easy and efficient. Highly recommend.

The staff at the unit have been extremely helpful with showing us the various storage units and explaining how everything works. Also great on moving us to a different one when needed as well. Great service

Mel provided a superb service -glad she was the one we met. She took us round and was very insightful and patience with us. Answered our questions. Telephoned us to pick up my son’s wallet we had left behind unknowingly.
Yes we were very pleased with the storage and locker allocation as we were undecided at a point. The one we decided on eventually served our storage needs.

I have been using Shurgard Gillingham for well over 3 years now, renting 2 different units, and I haven’t had a single negative incident. Their customer experience is truly exemplary, they are incredibly quick to respond and always align themselves perfectly with customer needs.
The facilities are secure, clean, and well-managed. I am wrapping up my time with them for now, but I will definitely return to Shurgard the next time I need storage.

Excellent reception by the lady on duty at Gillingham shurgard. Accessing rhe facility was quite easy with the app and enabling the Bluetooth. Trolleys really helped alot to move things around smoothly. I'll always recommend Shurgard to anyone.

Have been with Shurgard for a while now, the service from the girls in reception has always been great, they even recommended and helped me sort a transfer after I had moved some of my stuff out. So thank you to them.
