Mein Vater hatte dort lange Zeit seine Sachen gelagert, und wir haben nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren auch immer sehr geduldig und freundlich.

Sehr zuverlässig und schnell!!!
Sehr gute und übersichtliche Homepage. Man konnte es für sich ausrechnen lassen oder man wusste wieviel Quadratmeter man benötigt. Ich habe 5 Quadratmeter gebucht, und es hat ohne Probleme für eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung ausgereicht. Die Preise sind sehr gut und die Versicherung für dein hab und gut sind mehr als fair. Die app ist auch relativ einfach, so das wirklich jeder damit klar kommt. Und es ist auch sehr gut bewacht. Man hat insgesamt 2 verschiedene Pins + Den schloss mit drei Schlüsseln für dein persönliches Lagertür. Im gesamten bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann es auch absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

Super unkomplizierte Buchung und Freischaltung der Zugangscodes über die App. Vor Ort auch alles bestens vorbereitet und organisiert. Insbesondere die großen Rollwagen für Räume am Ende der Lagerhalle sind spitze!

Es ist nervig das die Einganstür nicht…
Es ist nervig das die Einganstür nicht festgestellt werden kann. Ist total nervig,das sie immer wieder zugeht. Wie soll man da, wenn man alleine zugange ist mit dem Wagen einfahren u. gleichzeit IG die Tür aufhalten. Ein Rolltor wäre besser.
Nur ein Zugang. Ewig langer Weg bis zur Box.

Detail on entry is necessary
Things went fairly well but the employees should have told us the entrance to the facility is in the back where the car is drive in and not in the front. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the front keypad working properly.

Die Größe konnte sehr schnell geändert werden, so das wir den idealen Lagerplatz für uns gefunden haben.
Unsere Kontaktperson in München war sehr kompetent und direkt im Lager vor Ort sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit.

Do not trust what they show you in the beginning
Horrible experience! The company gave a room that was different than what was shown during the booking! I have moved from Bonn to Munich with furniture and appliances. Since I have planned everything on paper according to the room they have showed during booking, some of my stuff did not fit in! I don't have a driver's license and I had to rent a transporter and ask a friend to be the driver for this move. As a result of Shurgard's unreliability, I had to figure out another storage plage last minute and my stuff are scattered around the city now. The company called me afterwards and offered to change the room, but how is this helpful? I need make time, rent a van and find a driver again just because you are not able to deliver your promise to your customers? Another issue is that there are hidden costs (like insurance), which are not shown/mentioned until the time of the payment. Make sure that you are prepared for these things and that you're getting the exact same room they have showed you during the registration!

Our store managers daily advise customers on the matter and help find them the right unit size. Unfortunately on this occasion it has not been the case.. If there is anything we can do, send us your customer number to info@shurgard.de.
For the insurance, although our stores are fully insured, our customers need to take out insurance for their stored belongings. You can insure your belongings conveniently and at an affordable price through a customized insurance policy starting at £3 a week. Our rental prices can’t include this insurance because the cost depends on the value of your goods. Our on-site store managers are happy to help and further advise you on the matter.

Massive Sicherheitsprobleme und…
Massive Sicherheitsprobleme und mangelnder Kundenservice.
Der Gebäudeteil, in dem sich meine Einheit befand, verfügt weder über einen Notausgang noch einen Notrufknopf etc. Als meine Eltern Anfang August den Transport meiner eingelagerten Besitztümer aus dem Lager betreuten, wurden sie von der automatisch schließenden Tür eingesperrt. Bei sommerlicher Hitze waren sie (und der Fahrer des Transportunternehmens) im Lagergebäude gefangen:kein Notausgang, keine Gegensprechanlage, keine Toilette, keine Steckdose, um das Handy aufzuladen…Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern vor Ort führte zu nichts. Glücklicherweise betreute die örtliche Polizei, die meine Eltern schließlich telefonisch um Hilfe baten, sie per Telefon und befreite sie nach 2 Stunden durch Aufbrechen der Tür. Auf eine Reaktion oder Entschuldigung von Shurgard warten wir bis heute. Unsere zahlreichen Schreiben werden ignoriert und eine Erstattung der Extra-Kosten, die das Transportunternehmen in Rechnung stellte, ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt.
