normaal 5 *, code ingang niet toegekregen, moesten s'morgens op kantoor bij aankomst code vragen. De planning kwam niet echt in gedrang en we werden wel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam voort geholpen! Met dank !

Aanrader voor opslagruimte
Een echte aanrader voor een beveiligde opslagruimte shurgard is klantvriendelijk en helpt met verdere vragen of problemen met u unit enige wat ik spijtig vind zijn de openingstijden voor als klant 06u tot 23u want met mijn ambufiets die daar gevestigd is is het soms buiten deze uren

Heel vriendelijk onthaal
Heel vriendelijk onthaal en uitleg bij het begin van de huurperiode.
Eén minpuntje: wanneer er een technisch probleem is (bijv. de deur van de goederenlift kreeg ik aanvankelijk niet open - wel na goede info daarover), kan je de plaatselijke manager moeilijk bereiken. Zeker buiten de kantooruren.

Goede service
Zeer handig dat je online alles kunt regelen en zelfs als je op de dag zelf een ruimte nodig hebt.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
De nummers zijn aangegeven maar toch goed dat de eerste keer iemand meegaat.
Ook zeer goed beveiligd met codes voor de poort te openen
