Zoran helped me very well, very kind and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Shurgard thanks to Zoran. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed and did his very best to help me find the most suitable storage space at the best value.
Nothing felt rushed, and he explained everything clearly, making the whole process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Zoran, would highly recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for storage.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by “The Tattoo Man” at your Milton Keynes department. He was extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

He kindly arranged to exchange the unit originally allocated to me for one on the ground floor, which is much more suitable for me because of my health issues. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

His kindness, empathy, and professional manner really shone through, making the whole experience a pleasure. He is a real credit to your company, and I hope he receives the recognition he truly deserves.

The website made it easy to see the various sizes and prices, unlike other companies websites that forced me to put all my details in to get a quote and then constantly emailed/rang me. Shurgard also offered competitive prices and a wide range of unit sizes.
(I did however arrange my own insurance with Surewise, as all the storage companies were expensive for this).
We went to look at the units prior to renting one and Samantha at Milton Keynes was so helpful and really took the time to discuss what we needed, showing us several units. Samantha was also there on our moving in day and once again, was extremely friendly and helpful.
The unit is just what we needed and very convenient to us.

Samantha went over and above to make sure all information and costs were transparent. A great asset to the MK team.

Absolutely fantastic service, I was abit concerned at first when my first time putting stuff into storage was a weekend without staff being available.
Please dont let that concern you if you situation is similar, it is a really good efficient setup.

I was first in touch with the main Shurgard website and I spoke with ‘Enrico’. He talked me through everything in great detail which was very helpful. Once I had booked, I spoke with ‘Sam’ at my chosen storage place. Sam was super helpful and made the entire experience stress free and pleasant. Huge thanks

Excellent customer service provided by Samantha and Chelsea in the Milton Keynes Brinklow area. Very informative, provided a courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied with the unit and made sure to find me a bigger unit on the ground floor as the one I intially chose was too small.

It's always been fine clean tidy and staff are very friendly and helpful. Chelsea has been great throughout my renting a unit. Supportive and goes that extra mile to make it easy. A real asset! Thank you.

Chelsea was fantastic, very quick to reply and getting us set up.

Access to the unit was super easy, the app entry works great.

It wasnt an easy transaction, i struggled to verify my ID online and the room calculator on website was way off. That said i had several calls from the team to try help solve my ID issues, so the 5 stars is for the personal customer service than the website itself.

All 5he staff are polite and helpful. Love to stay here
