Snel en goed geholpen

Prima opslaglocatie. Schoon, goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk personeel. Alles verliep snel en duidelijk. Aanrader!

Fijne locatie met prima betaalbare opslagruimtes. en als er wat is staat het vriendelijke personeel altijd klaar om te helpen 👍

Hele goede service goed advies aardig personeel en een nette locatie gewoon super

Echt een ontzettend fijn bedrijf. Ten eerste was alles binnen 5 min geregeld. Daarnaast tijdens problemen met mijn slot, werd ik super netjes geholpen en was het probleem wederom heel snel opgelost. Extra dank aan Said! Aanrader dus!

Snel een voordelige ruimte kunnen huren. Netjes geholpen door de medewerkster.

Jammer dat de voorwaarden op de website en de huurovereenkomst niet met elkaar overeenkomen. Bevestigingen sturen per mail dat alles is opgezegd, maar dan stiekem toch achteraf geld incasseren via een automatisch incasso, niet meer reageren op vragen hierover en dan een incassobureau achter je aan sturen. Ik heb de factuur betaald, maar zal jullie voortaan bij iedereen afraden.

Altijd goede service en fijne klant behandeling. Ruimtes ook erg fijn en mooi. En denken goed mee met de klant

I rented a storage room for a couple of weeks, the staff was very nice and kindly helped me with questions etc. I’d highly recommend this!

Instructies waren duidelijk. Maar in het gebouw vind ik het zelf wat spannend. Bij het 2e hek moest ik steeds de code indrukken ipv dat het via de app ging. Omdat de app reageerde op het eerste hek terwijl ik er al door heen ging. Wel mooi en handig systeem. Als het werkt. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen aan de telefoon en op de andere locatie.

Recently, Shurgard decided not to allow entry to the facility using the code. They forced everyone to install their app. I tried to complain about this change but never heard back from customer services.
When I went to collect the rest of my things, as expected, disaster happened - nobody could open the gate. Several people were unable to enter the facility. A few people were even trapped inside behind the gate. Yes, there is an emergency exit, but you can't leave in your car through it. People were trapped inside for more than 30 minutes. There was no emergency contact information available, so nobody could contact anyone at Shurgard. Eventually, we had to call the police, who presumably were able to contact someone at Shurgard. Then, suddenly, the app started working again. The people were freed, but we were afraid to go inside. We had to block the gate just to retrieve our belongings from the storage unit.
What an awful organisation. I would never rent from Shurgard again.

Very easy to use, efficient and trustworthy!
All the necessary information was given in due time, and I encountered no problems in any way. I am happy with the Shurgard storage service and recommend it to everyone with need for a storage unit.

Snel en efficiënt de opslag geregeld. Binnen 2 uur als bestaande klant weer een nieuwe box. Telefonisch goed geholpen.

Alles verloopt ontzettend soepel. Goed geregeld, alles hulpmiddelen zijn er om je spullen te transporteren

Omdat ik mij huis heb verkocht, had ik snel opslagruimte nodig.
Omdat er zwaren spullen bij zitten ,heb ik gevraagd om een ruimte op de beganegrond.

My booking started the 6th of August, I arrived there and my access code was invalid. I had to call and about 10 min later one of the employees opened the door for me, saying that my booking started in July 31st and that’s why my code wasn’t working. Nonetheless, even on the confirmation email Shurgard sent me it clearly stated that the move-in date was August 6th, so it is evident to me that it was a mistake on Shurgard’s end, maybe on their booking system or something. The employee didn’t give me further explanation when I showed him the email with the move-in date on August 6th which also left me quite confused. I hope Shurgard can fix the mismatch between costumer selected move-in date and the move-in date in their system so there is no need to go through this experience.
