Super service

Have never used self storage before! Found the process quite easy to book online!
Was very confused at first with all the codes to access building and lift!
The young man on reception was excellent very helpful and patient and polite couldn’t do enough to assist me!
Even though he had a difficult customer he was dealing with for ages, was happy to wait until he had finished so he could help me.
What a lovely young man!

Staff are very helpful storage unit very clean easy to use with the app so all is good plenty of room to store all our bits

The facility is fine however, the app to access main gate and doors is a bit hit and miss given the poor mobile phone coverage (O2). Internal doors and lifts can be key coded, but not the externals. I didn’t seem to be the only person struggling that day with this.

The booking process was quick, easy, and came with a great discount. I was kept informed at every stage of the hire, with clear updates on what I needed for moving day. The app was fully set up with my details, which made navigating the site seamless. Staff on-site were polite, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, Shurgard made storing my belongings completely hassle-free.

They forgot my lock and I had to leave my stuff unlocked overnight.

Really good experience with shurgard storage. Would recommend for sure

Facility clean and well lit. Storage locker easy to find, plenty of trolleys available. The thing I really dislike is the need to download an app to access and exit the site and the building: PINs would be preferable to me. Whilst the location is pretty convenient, exit from the site isn’t the easiest as it’s a left turn only, which takes me in the opposite direction from my home and there isn’t anywhere to turn for some distance.

Delivers with efficiency (practical).

Member of Staff did not explain how to fit the lock or needed to use the app to get everywhere I have difficulty waking locker on 4th floor bot near lifts, had to pay for expensive lock when website advises i can use a padlock! Had to pay for expensive insurance when none was required.

Everything was perfect, from the online booking to ID verification at the unit and then access to the storage. All seamless and very convenient. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service and really quick and simple to get set up and ready to use

Once ordered online I had trouble to get the app to perform the identification so had to go to a store to get it done manually, the store I was using was closed on a Saturday so had to drive to another store. Once at the store I was using the app wouldn’t let me in so I had to spend a hour phoning the help line getting it to work. Then once in the paddock for the door wasn’t there so another trip to another store. After using it for the month I needed I tried to cancel it and being two days over the cut I charged for the next month, I called the help line and was told they could see I had a lot of issues and they would see what they could do and they would call me back. I’m still waiting almost a week later. I won’t be using them again….

The staff are very professional and put customers needs first,Greatly appreciated.The facilities are very secure and clean with convenient access to your property through out the day.Highly recommend!!

I find using sturgard self storage an excellent and convenient way to put household possessions in a secure and safe place for what ever poticular reasons people might find themselves in.it give you assured mind that you're possessions are safe.
