Great service. Easy online booking. Easy access to our storage module and the use of the trolleys to move our stuff from van to module was super helpful - we unpacked a whole Luton van in and hour and a half including a lunch break!

I had to store my personal items while waiting for my house to be ready to move into. As you can imagine that was a very stressful time. Shurgard’s processes are very clear, their communication put my mind at ease and the team was very helpful. On arrival I was impressed with how clean and organised the facilities were. After a brief introduction to the service I was shown to my unit. Their explanation of the size and capacity of the unit was spot on and suited my needs. Of course I forgot my padlock and was relieved that I could purchase a good quality one from them. Overall a very good experience.

Everyone has been so lovely for my first time using a storage locker, they made it so easy for me to figure out and the locker is exactly what I needed, Jake at the salford branch has been an absolute angel helping me too!

Andy greeted us on arrival to see our rented unit. As a first time user he made everything crystal clear and made us feel at ease. Great offer price for month 1 made up for not being the closest option.

They were patient, which was helpful when I had trouble verifying my ID via computer. The storage units are immaculate and well maintained, as is the overall environment.

The staff were positive and friendly in the early stage of my use. I was going to move my things out of my storage room on September 2nd. I was in a hurry and forgot to throw away the garbage in the storage room. The staff said that if I didn't throw it away, a cleaning fee of 50 pounds would be deducted, but their employees said that as long as I threw away the garbage, the 50 pounds would be returned to me. Later, I asked my friend to help me throw away the garbage I forgot to throw away, and the storage room was very clean, but the staff told me that the 50 pounds had been deducted and could not be returned. I communicated with their customer service by phone, but their phone number was never connected. When you have questions and need consultation, their attitude is completely different from when they first started selling. The customer service attitude of this company is extremely poor, it's really disgusting！
