Excellent run down of services and prices.

Long term unit renter.
No major problems over the years.
I have recently have minor access issues with the new app.

I needed to get something out of storage and only had 1 day to visit the storage facility. I was distressed when I arrived as I couldn’t assess my storage unit, it turns out I had brought the wrong keys!!! Darren saved the day by changing the barrel and fitting a new one and I was able to access the storage which saved a lot of stress for me.I didn’t mind the additional cost, as it meant I averted a potential problem arising if I couldn’t access the storage unit on that day. You are my super hero Darren. Thank you. 🤩

I recently rented a unit at the South Croydon site and found the process very easy and the prices reasonable. When I went to collect the keys, the staff member was helpful and friendly. He showed me to my unit, explained everything carefully, and ensured that I was all set up.

I also appreciated the app used to access the automatic gate, which works well. The site is impeccably clean and modern, and I feel very comfortable leaving my valuables there. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I've received and would highly recommend Shurgard.

Booked with agent on the phone , polite and helpful

The guys at Shurgard (South Croydon) have been terrific. From helping me sort out my unit, getting my security sorted out, to assisting me to fix my trike & letting me ride in their car park to gain my confidence. Above & beyond what they needed to do. Overwhelmed by their kindness.

Checked in a couple weeks ago now and the team couldn’t have been more helpful!! I needed a bigger locker than the one originally booked and moving was no issue. Team were great!! 100% recommend!

7 months in to the contract the rental is hiked up by £30 per month.
Just be aware when the initial rental appears to be a good deal

Well i had to cancel my current contract and start a new contract due to forever increasing rental costs, the funny thing is i had to move my belongings into a new unit on the same floor of exactly the same size, i explained that they were the same size units and asked if common sense could come into place, the response was i had relocate to the new unit and there was nothing they could do, so off i went and relocated my belongings into the new unit literally on the same floor....where did common sense come into play...

All round great customer service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entry system was a bit complicated with doing through the app however, everybody was very helpful to help me out. Overall a good service

Excellent service from start to finish. Very easy booking process, very helpful staff onsite when accessing my storage unit for the first time, and follow up call from the customer service team (can't remember his name!) the following day. Made a difficult task stress free, highly recommend!

Very high security..Entering and exiting with your app that's designed to you. Very friendly staff that are very helpful. The storage was clean and tidy. The unit was also clean which included your own unique keys.

Excellent customer service, detailed information explained clearly and great facilities. So very grateful to Darren & Daniel who helped with advice re container sizes for packing up our home.

Matthew at South Croydon was super efficient and super helpful. even checked after we moved in to see if everthing went ok
