Nancie was brilliant and made the process easy and quick. I would give her ten stars for her professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach.

We have recently taken a locker at the Tonbridge Kent location. The manager Nancie was incredibly helpful and set up everything very efficiently. Nice new unit and access works well.

Since Shurgard took over I have not experienced any issues with my storage. Whilst I have not had any interaction with the main online process/support centre, the on-site customer service has continued to be professional and helpful, especially from Nancie and her team.

This is for the Tonbridge branch. They were very helpful in terms of getting a low price and explaining the process over the phone.
Nancy the receptionist took me clearly through the process when I visited, and on the day that I had a removal lorry turning up, everything went smoothly.
There were a couple of pillars (ceiling supports) within the storage unit - apparently they all have them - and I think it would be helpful to mention that as they could get in the way of large pieces of furniture, although I should probably have visited sooner to check it out.

Nancie was a great help, showing me how to download the app and then access the storage facility. She then took the time to show me around and ensure that I was fully familiar with entry and exit procedures.
I would recommend Shurgard and Nancie, in particular.

The staff at Tonbridge is great & the facilities are top notch, too. Nancie is always friendly & helpful & whenever I've been to the office, the temporary staff, in this case, Dan, is equally welcoming & kind. Even more importantly, they're a highly efficient team & clearly proud of their company. The Tonbridge branch offers access to storage facilities after office hours using Bluetooth; premises feel brand new & spacious; there are no hidden costs & the cancellation process is simple.

Nannie is always ready to offer assistance and answer all questIons.
