Recently took a storage room in the Woolwich branch. The signing up was quick and easy, the guys were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great price and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

The staff very helpful and curtious

I recently had an incredibly disheartening experience with Shurgard that I feel compelled to share. My encounter with their services left me feeling extremely dissatisfied due to their misleading advertisement, unexpected payment conditions, and unhelpful customer service.

To begin with, I was lured in by an advertisement that turned out to be utterly deceptive. Shurgard's website failed to disclose crucial information regarding reservation pricing. Consequently, after reserving a storage unit, I received a call from their representative who presented me with entirely new conditions, including an upfront payment of two months. This critical detail was conspicuously absent from their website, leaving me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

The distressing experience didn't end there. When I sought assistance from Shurgard's customer service, I was met with nothing but sarcasm and a dismissive attitude.

In conclusion, my overall experience with Shurgard can only be described as awful. Their advertisement proved to be a sham, concealing important payment conditions that were later sprung upon me. Moreover, their customer service exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and failed to offer any genuine assistance.

I sincerely hope that Shurgard takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. As a customer, I value honesty, transparency, and respectful treatment. It is my sincere wish that Shurgard takes steps to rectify these shortcomings and ensures that future customers do not suffer the same negative experience that I did.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend Shurgard based on my personal encounter.
