Shuttercraft - Bedford レビュー

I had my Shutters fitted today and couldn’t be more delighted not only with the quality of the product but with the care and professionalism shown by my fitter, Ben(Shuttercraft Bedford ) . My windows were quite out of true, but Ben took time to make everything fit and look perfect. I now have a house that looks like new ! Thank you Ben !

Great service from the Bedford team. Our request was a small one but the team were brilliant and my new shutters have hugely improved my south-facing office.

We had our shutters completed in September and we wanted to use and live with them for a few weeks before reviewing. We have awkward shaped windows which was a concern for us, however our initial meeting with Ben gave us a lot of confidence in his ability, experience, and overall quality of the product from the samples he showed us. We obtained other quotes and decided to go with Ben for this reason. Ben returned to complete the detailed measuring of the different shapes and we chose the colour of our blackout blinds for the bedrooms.
Ben gave us realistic timescales, and these were adhered to. The fitting was completed by Ben with assistance from Anton and Mike. There was no disruption, they were presentable and friendly. The shutters were professionally installed, the house left clean and tidy. In fact, apart from a little noise, we hardly knew the men were in the house.
I have since gone back to Ben with some queries and he has responded immediately and to my satisfaction.
The lead time, from placing order to delivery, is long, however don’t be put off by this if you want a quality and professionally installed product.
I would recommend Ben and the team at Shuttercraft without hesitation. I have no doubt that the shutters have added value to our home. Most of all we are delighted with ease of use and the attractive and overall look from both inside and outside of the house. The blackout blinds are truly blackout and apart from some light dusting, the shutters do not require any further maintenance.
Thank you Ben, Anton & Mike

Highly recommended company. Good customer services. Both shutter and blinds are good quality. Shutter is absolutely isolate the cool air inside the house.

I recently fitted large sash UPVC windows - great but after looking around my neighbourhood (to see what everyone else had done) I settled upon some shutters as being the most attractive. Also TBH as a guy I loved the idea of not buying curtains :). Ben measured up and we had to agree how the fitting would work - because I was still working on the windows. When Ben returned to fit the shutters it went really smoothly and only a few minor adjustments were needed. The end result is really great and I'm glad I went for the shutters option!

Extremely happy with my experience with Shuttercraft Bedford. Ben was excellent from start to finish!

Shortly after we moved house we organised for him to come and show us the various shutters and venetian blinds that he had available. I was adamant I wanted Shuttercraft because of their quality. And indeed, the shutters were beautiful quality and it was nice and easy to choose the width/colour/and also a split tilt function (sorry I don't know its official name). Basically each shutter has two areas that you can tilt independent of each other and it allows you to block out 'street' and keep letting light in at the top. It's great!

The venetian blinds also came with a range of colours and as I did not want white for those it took me a bit longer to choose. Ben was so patient whilst we went through them about ten times trying to choose. He then went through the whole house completing his measurements and putting up some temporary blinds for us (a big selling point!). Those blinds were pretty decent, an they lasted well enough until the permanent blinds and shutters were ready. We were very grateful to have those and also to not have to be the ones who put them up! :)

At no point did I feel any pressure from Ben, he was relaxed, experienced and kind. We paid a deposit a few days later and he was open about the wait time - about ten weeks, which given we had the temporary blinds was of no bother.

The order ended up being quicker than I was expecting, which was great. Ben and another gentleman called Mike came and installed all the shutters and blinds in one day. The shutters and blinds look amazing, very beautifully fitted - they're perfect. The shutters look like they are part of the structure of the house! With the way Ben has measured them they all line up really nicely with the splits on the windows, which I'm relieved about as I have seen other installers get that wrong and then it looks really weird. I appreciate the attention to detail like that.

The venetian blinds have no cord, you just push them up or pull them down into position. There's a small bar to tilt them. They are beautiful, and actually the colour we went for is much more beautiful than I thought it would be (and as I chose it, I did think it would be at least pretty nice!).

In our master bedroom we did go for the addition of black out blinds as well as the venetian blinds. They are seamlessly installed and again, the fixings look like they are part of the very structure of the house. Really very impressed and looking forward to trying them out!

No mess has been left at all.

Thank you so much Ben and Mike, really really appreciate your time and effort to help finish our windows!!! Thank you for making the whole experience literally seamless!!! :)

Definitely recommend Shuttercraft.
My direct contact was, honest, patient and knew his stuff.
Always answered questions quickly and professionally.

Thank you Ben…

Highly recommend this service, they were quick to respond, highly professional, competitive in price and went above and beyond to help create a blind for my very awkward skylight window. So much so Hillary’s (who are supposed to be the UKs specialist) told me they couldn’t create anything for my skylight (and overpriced the rest of my property) whereas Shuttercraft made the effort to come up with an idea that worked! I’m extremely grateful for their time and effort

Really impressed with our new shutters and blinds. Ben was excellent and came to measure up when we moved in. Explained the products, gave guidance based on his years of experience which helped us to decide and progressed the order. He kept us updated and arranged for fittings which took place this week. They look fabulous and fitting was completed swiftly and very tidy - no mess. Really pleased and would definitely recommend Ben and Shuttercraft products. Simply Amazing.

We did quite a bit of research at the start and got quotes from no less than 5 companies but it all paid off in the end.
We are very happy with the outcome.
Big thank you to Ben & Mike.
Would 100% recommend this company.

We have recently had a number of shutters and blinds fitted to our new house. The service provided by Ben was outstanding. He has been helpful, patient and clearly takes pride in what he does. The shutters look amazing and are exactly what we wanted - couldn't be happier and the blinds fitted to smaller windows have no cords and look super smart. Would highly recommend Shuttercraft and Ben.

From the initial consultation with Natalie to the survey and installation with Ben - I would highly recommend Shuttercraft Bedford! The shutters have been the real finishing touch to our house and look fantastic!

Quote and estimated delivery were clear and kept up to date as soon as the shutters were ready to be installed!

Thanks to Shuttercraft Bedford!!

Ben was really helpful and informative when I initially contacted him about getting some shutters/blinds. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the installation itself was quick and hassle-free. Thanks again!

Couldn’t be happier with our shutters and the level of service we received.
We felt 100% assured that we knew enough to get the right product without over explanations, and every person we interacted with were top tier with customer service.
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for shutters.

I initially had shutters installed throughout my house and was so pleased I extended to the French doors on my kitchen. Ben gave excellent advice and really helped me with my decision and found a way to make the shutters work more effectively for me in the space I had.
The quality of the work is outstanding and the overall look is amazing - great service both verbally and product installation. I've already had lots of compliments, really pleased!

We ordered shutters, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Fitting was quicker than quoted and we are delighted with the end product!! Thank you Ben

Great customer service from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgable sales staff that didn't mess around with pricing like a lot of other companies. Skilled fitter and the owner went above and beyond post fitting by dropping in some samples of our shutters so we could take to colour match for decorating the rest of the room. Highly recommended.

Natalie and Ben, I'm really pleased with the service. The shutters are fantastic, they are much better than I thought they would be, they are excellent quality with a high finish and a brilliant fit.
