I absolutely love my shutters Lee who fitted them was friendly, professional and cleared up the packaging as he fitted each room also hoovered up any mess. I would highly recommend this company as I am so pleased with the results Thank-you

The blinds are lovely and really enhance the room .
Couldn’t give 5 stars as our main living room window was measured incorrectly and blind had to be returned and window re measured so now another 3 month wait . We had already removed all the curtain poles so no window cover while awaiting new delivery.

I was very happy with the staff I dealt with in choosing fabric for a roller blind and a Roman blind.
The fitter was prompt and efficient both when doing the measurements and on the day of fitting.
My only criticism is the length of time I had to wait, almost 4 months from start to finish which I feel is excessive for what I had made.
However, I would use Shuttercraft again as I am extremely pleased with both my products but I would be prepared for a bit of a wait next time!

From start to finish a completely stress free experience.A very efficient and friendly company to deal with and the product is a good price. Well worth waiting for these shutters which look beautiful and are of good quality. Would definitely recommend them.

From the very first visit to the showroom in Cardiff to the fitting of my shutters the entire experience was a pleasure. Excellent first class service! From the showroom experience of choosing the right shutters and the right colour and for the friendly yet professional advice from the Sales team to the professional, efficient, friendly, tidy and clean fitters. Everything arrived on time/frequent telephone calls to keep me updated with the order process and exact date of arrival of goods and convenient date for fitting. Upon placing the order only requested small deposit with balance payable only after fitting and being happy with the service provided and product fitted. These shutters were organised by myself for my elderly mother’s house, but I will definitely be ordering again this year for my house when my new windows have been fitted. Thank you Shuttercraft, as they have transformed her house and she is over the moon with the service provided.
