Great product and service from start to finish

Can't fault the quality of our new shutters or installation, they are perfect!

Just had our new Shutters installed by Alan Hibbens from Shuttercraft (Dorset).
End to end 100% positive.
Nice people to deal with.
No sales pressure and just a good quality product at a fair price.
Everything went as planned throughout the process and the new Shutters look great !!!

Great experience from start to finish. The shutters were constructed on site, fit perfectly and the colour match is perfect! They look really stylish- we love them!

Had our shutters done by Shuttercraft Dorset. Alan carefully measured up, provided a quote and before we knew it, installed our shutters. The install took just a few hours, and was done efficiently and carefully.

Our shutters are great - they give much needed privacy on our road(!) and provide that extra bit of insulation in the winter. I imagine the cost of the shutters has been offset by the increase in value on the house, as I keep getting neighbours asking where we got them from!

Ordering the shutters was a painless experience. Alan came round and measured the windows and then sent us the quote and once the shutters arrived they were quick to install and Alan was very professional and tidy.

Would recommend Shuttercraft without hesitation.

The shutters look great at a distance. The guy who fitted them did a good job. He tidied up after himself.
But the manufacturing quality of some of the slats and the surrounding framework is very disappointing, with many imperfections. Certainly not to the standard that I was shown during my sales visit.
I have asked for a re visit to discuss my issues. I'm waiting for a date to be offered.

We are delighted with our plantation shutters & vertical blinds. The fit, attention to detail & quality are second to none. From start to finish Alan (Hibbens) made the whole experience seamless - from measuring, choosing options, delivery & fitting Alan was meticulous, respectfully, tidy and all round a nice guy.
