Brilliant service from start to finish by Shuttercraft. Andy did a brilliant job so friendly and professional. We will definitely use again. Would highly recommend.

Steve measured up and was true to his word about fitting schedule . Andy fitted our shutters in one day and was extremely professional and tidy. We are really pleased with the finished product and would recommend Shuttercraft without hesitation.

We are returning customers having had shutters fitted here last year. We had another installation last week and are really satisfied again. Steve runs the office and ordering etc., and Andy, the measuring and all installations. They offer a really great service from start to finish, also, the shutters are brilliant & professionally fitted.

We haf shuttercraft in design some caf'e style shutters to our requirements by andy and i have to say he was fantastic he also came back to install them11 weeks later and they fitted like a dream we are well pleased with them liasoned with steve during the process they make a great team together tip quality units and top quality experience from start to finish thank you guys

I just had 6 shutters fitted last week by Andy, the delivery was to the day of 12 weeks. The fitting was seamless and all done in 1 day no problem.
Andy cleared up after each room and they were just perfect.

Shuttercraft Norwich provided excellent advice on the best choice of shutters for our windows and doors, the measuring up was scrupulously careful, and the result was an installation that went very smoothly. Steve and Andy were pleasant to deal with and very professional. The shutters look absolutely stunning. They have transformed the appearance of our ground floor. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had my shutters fitted last week and can't fault any part of the process. I opted for Shuttercraft having read the testimonials online commending the service provided by Steve and Andy. I made contact to book a survey and Andy turned up as arranged. I later received a quote that seemed very reasonable for what I was going to have installed. Once ordered, I was given clear (and, as is turned out, very accurate) timescales before Steve called me to organise installation. Andy arrived when I was told he would, then spent a few hours installing my shutters. I think most people worry, to a degree, about contractors coming into their homes, but Andy is a lovely guy so there's no awkwardness at all. And there doesn't seem to be a lot he doesn't know about shutters! I was really looking forward to my shutters being installed and I am not disappointed - they are fantastic! Many thanks to Andy and Steve for such a positive experience.
