We are really pleased with our shutters. The whole process from start to finish was so smooth. There was no hard sell or pressure, just a very friendly & professional service. Charlie came to measure & explain the product, Will kept me informed on timescales & Scott did a fantastic job fitting them. I would 100% recommend Shuttercraft.

Everyone involved in the process was very professional with great customer service. We couldn’t have asked for any better and will definitely be using them again for the remaining windows.

Having shutters added to the windows was certainly a painless experience from choice of shutters to measuring up the windows.
The shutter fitter was on time, very experienced and worked for quite a few hours diligently. Could not fault him at all. Once job completed he showed the client how to take care of the shutters.

I can’t praise Robin/ Charlie and the shutter craft team enough. From first contact to actual fitting they have been timely and professional. I was appreciate that they do the tidy up and disposal after their installation. The Shutters looks great. Just a little bit, if the new window handles can match with white colour would be perfect!

Mark who came to fit them was excellent - a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want with something like this. I chose to have black out shutters in my bedroom and they are AMAZING!! I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.
