Bad sizings, lacking descriptions, uncomfy material
I got some nylon trousers from here. The main material is nice, however itâs ruined by them having a mesh lining - which was not mentioned in the description. Itâs quite irritating and leaves dimples in the skin after sitting even briefly.
There are no proper sizings either - itâs just Small, Medium, Large etc. rather than written in centimeters or inches. The only vague help is a caption âmodel is 6â3, 30â waist, 67kg and wears Mediumâ. Well, those happen to be my exact stats too, so I went with that. And when they arrived, they barely fit over my knees. Usually I go for a Small. So I sent back to an exchange which they did relatively quickly which was nice. I swapped for a Large which does fit over my hips thankfully, but still a bit snug.
Seems like none of the products on the rest of the site use conventional sizing methods either.
I was also slightly off put by their returns policy saying ânothing in the sale can be returnedâ which is flat out against consumer law in the UK - no excuses. Especially since pretty much everything seems to be perpetually âon saleâ there. So I probably wouldnât place any future orders, especially large ones, despite having some cool designs on there.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company.
I recently tried to resolve an issue with an item that is brand new and completely unworn, but the company refused to help simply because the item was purchased during a sale. Their response was that they have a âstrict policyâ and make no exceptions, regardless of the circumstances. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they only offered a credit note, which I do not want.
Whatâs frustrating is that the item is in perfect, unused condition, yet they are unwilling to make any reasonable exception. The responses I received simply repeated that their terms and conditions were available at checkout and that the matter would not be taken any further.
After looking online, I also noticed that many other customers have reported the exact same issue. That suggests the policy is not as clear as they claim during the purchasing process. If so many people are misunderstanding it, then it clearly needs to be made much clearer before people place an order.
Good customer service should involve at least some flexibility, especially when an item is unused and in perfect condition. Refusing to help at all just because the item was bought during a sale feels unreasonable and very poor from a customer service perspective.
If youâre considering ordering from this company, make sure you read their policies very carefully, especially around sale items, because if anything goes wrong you may only be offered a credit note with no other option. Overall a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect.

Not the best quality
Cheap prices and fast delivery, but the quality isnât great. The seam on the jogging bottoms started to unravel after only a few wears, and the hoodie shrank noticeably after one wash. Itâs a shame because I really liked this tracksuit â itâs very comfortable and looks good â but the overall quality is pretty disappointing.

If i could say no stars i would. This company has a clear returns policy, which if you dare to question meets with a no help policy.
Having received an item which was the wrong size we were advised to return. It was part of a matching set and as such we just wanted a replacement in the correct size to match the other items. After questioning, we were advised item was out of stock and not due in for over a month. We queried what we should do as it was part of the set (within the returns policy timeline) however despite accepting the return and giving us the returns label we were then advised by the time they were returned it was outside of their policy. We are now informed that we are stuck with two pairs of joggers that match nothing and now had to pay £5 for the privilege of having them sent back. This was reluctantly done after the email response was probably the worst ever received from any company. Unsurprisingly we are still not in receipt of the items and have wasted £105 on a tracksuit we cant complete.
Never buy from this company their customer service is shocking.
