THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING. EMAIL MANY TIMES TO BE TOLD ITS BEEM ESCALATED TO THEIR SUPERVISOR FOR REFUND..

Awful company, all items shipped from China

Terrible company. Awful quality product shipped straight from China, the stitching on the bedding, my 4yo could sew better than what I received. To get a refund is like pulling teeth. Don’t ever buy from these scam artists. Never again

Ordered a lamp. Didn't match photo and clearly came from china. Sent back. Company stopped replying and changed address on companies house. Have had to raise a merchant dispute with bank.

Terrible company and a complete scam!! Ordered a smiley face lamp and it has arrived in the most bashed and battered looking generic cardboard box and has no face - apparently I have to apply that myself! This was a Christmas gift that I spent way more money on than I should have and it’s a complete waste. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible company. Ordered products over 19 days ago and no sign of them ever getting delivered. Their customer service is non-existent and it seems like a scam.

Would give no stars if it were possible.
Lamp arrived broken. Customer service is appalling, do not want to know.

I ordered a rug and a print (no frame).
The rug arrived and looked nothing like the one on the website- it had similar colours but the shapes and design on the rug was not the one pictured on the website. The print arrived FOLDED UP! It’s totally crumpled. It’s not printed on paper or card either, some like of plastic material. The ink had bled slightly in one place. I have sent several emails and made return requests through the website but I have had no response! Have they taken my money and run?

Absolutely awful company. Stealing peoples money. Delivery says 5-8 days, after 8 days my order still hadn't even been dispatched. I sent an email about 5 days in, and I did receive a response back saying they would contact the relevant department and get back to me, which they never did. I sent four more emails and contacted on the live chat on the website, only to either be ignored or receive the same response, even when I asked for a refund.
I still haven't received my items or a refund, or even a response to my last email.
They basically take your money and have no intention of actually sending what you have ordered.

Its all a Scam, they claim that they have been featured in vogue and other places but it's all a lie. Reviews on the website are clearly fake, they are Thieves !!!

ordered in mid-May, and estimated time of arrival was 7-10 days. But it came to Germany end of july, no notification, no email or anything and then sent back to the seller. reaching out someone to refund? Impossible... My lawyer will take care of them with pleasure to stop their operations in Germany

They didnt ship my order for over 6 weeks and reaching customer service is impossible. Emails, chats, DMs - all ignored. I did finally receive my order, and for the price, im extremely disappointed in the quality. The $70 disco ball hanger is a cheap piece of plastic. I would definitely not recommend buying from this company.

I would give no stars really. Do not buy from this fake company. The reviews on their own website are fake. 3 weeks after ordering bedding i did recieve the most dreadful, poor quality badly made bedding. Its gone straight in the bin, its not even suitable for the charity bag. Obviously theres no point in trying to return this rubbish to these scammers somewhere in China.

Slow delivery, the acrylic mirror arrived damaged. Covered in scratches and chips.

Ordered two items, but one took a month to arrive and the other never arrived—no tracking or customer service.

Received defective drop shipped Chinese garbage for an insane price, absolutely nothing like the images online which are presumably AI generated, and completely ignoring any customer service requests for a refund. This is a scam. Do NOT order from Sickhaus!!

Ordered a product on June 28, 2025 and according to their website UK deliveries with take around 5-8 working days. A few days later I got an email from them saying my order will be delayed. I emailed to ask when it will delivered then, a few days passed and no reply. I proceeded to email them 2 or 3 more times but again no reply.
I decided to go to their Instagram account and try getting in touch with them there. Finally I got a response, they apologised and processed my order again. I asked them if Instagram is a better way to get in touch with them but no response again.
Got my order today (July 9, 2025), more than a month wait and sad to say the product is disappointing, the fabric feels cheap. I thought Sickhaus was a local UK company but when I opened my package theres some Chinese writing on the plastic.
Will not buy from them again.

Don’t bother. I never received my item and when following up, they ignored me. Complete scam. This happened months ago and they still send me marketing emails..

Ordered >6 weeks ago, not yet arrived. Attempted live chat three times but no response at all. Not sure what the chances are I will get a product or refund.

AI generated images which are totally misleading. What looks like a fine, well crafted product in the product images, arrives as cheap chinese crap. Avoid at all costs.
