Some groovy little pieces

The product itself looks good but I wouldn’t know as it still hasn’t arrived since I ordered on May, 20th. I am nervous I’ve been scammed at this point, they don’t offer much information about follow up on delivery status and ‘shop’ aren’t update the delivery so I have no idea when it’s due to arrive and can’t plan to be in.

Dreadful, item (mushroom lamp) "was lost in transit", promised a replacement which was seemingly never sent. Whole order spanned three months, customer service took 10+ days to respond to emails. Eventually received a refund. Need to buck their ideas up, not worth the hassle at the moment.

Ordered 5 items and only 2 have arrived. For whatever reason they’ve sent it all separately. The tracking info given is also useless.

I placed an order for some acrylic shelves from Sickhaus in April. They arrived after a week or so, upon opening the parcel I noticed how 'cheap' they seemed, but they were relatively inexpensive so i wasn't too bothered about the quality. However, what is worth noting is that instead of proper wall fixings such as screws and wall plugs, they instead came with adhesive backed plastic pads with a threaded bolt and nut to screw the shelf to. I can't imagine they'd hold any significant weight at all as the fixings are essentially stickers, so they're useless for my needs.
The main issue I have is that one of the shelves arrived with a broken corner despite being well packaged, suggesting they'd come from the factory as so. I emailed sickhaus, who responded saying they'd be in touch with their 'warehouse team' and get back to me in a day or two. Weeks have since passed and they have failed to get back to me, and all subsequent emails asking for a replacement shelf or a refund have been ignored.
Sickhaus are showing blatant contempt for their customers by selling poor quality products, then completely ignoring all communications. Avoid at all costs.

Item was awful quality and took ages to arrive

I’ll change my review if I receive undamaged items. I purchased two acrylic shelves from Sickhaus, both arrived cracked, so I emailed them with photos explaining I’d like a replacement. Was told to expect a reply in 24-48 hours unless they’re busy, 5 days later they replied asking for more photos. Had to explain I no longer had the broken chipped plastic shelves in my possession as they were dangerous. I then sent the photos I already had sent previously then I waited another 5 days for a reply to say that they’re sending out a replacement, when I click the tracking link they’ve provided it just says error and it’s been over a week. So I honestly don’t think I’ll be receiving them. Poor goods that are broken, poor customer service. Will not use again

I'd give them zero stars if I could .
Tried since mid April to return a nasty and cheap mirror I paid £30+ for and just been ignored.
Absolutely shocking non existent customer service!

I ordered 5 items, one arrived within a week the others took about 2. I’m not impressed with the quality & don’t think they are worth the price. Would not buy again.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I ordered three products (none of which were cheap!) and of those three products, one never turned up and one arrived a fraction of the size it was meant to be. Trying to get hold of customer service is a nightmare - no response at all for weeks, despite consistent emails and DMs.

Avoid this company at all costs! Recieved a lamp that came in pieces, no instructions, poor quality and was not as advertised. Despite requesting a UK plug, it didn't come with one. When you email their customer services you get no response. If I could give 0 I would. I've asked to return the item and a get refund but still met with silence.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Utterly appalling, they don’t tell you they’re a drop shipping company so it all comes from China and is nothing like the advertised product. Won’t accept return requests. Scammers.

Took a while to be delivered and the quality was so poor. The item I bought was advertised at £50 reduced to £37 the item wasn't even worth £5 when it arrived.

Do not buy from this company. COMPLETE CON. Product I received was not what was advertised. No reviews on website. It took two weeks to get a response when I complained. Wanting me to send the product back, rather then refund me. Bought a £37 product and was sent the value of a product worth £5. Waste of time and hard earned money. Would never use this company again or recommend.

Arrived broken, items of much lower quality than they appear. All stuff from Temu/shein and is clearly a reseller from China. Wouldn't have ordered if I realised this.

Do not use this company. It’s a con.
They take payment and do not send goods.
