This Philadelphia company is hard to win at, I agree with everyone else, they may be shutting down as the promotionals come but the wins don't. Financial data scrub systems aren't really fair if they're tracking your financial data like a pyramid-hype buy in ponzi scheme, but I'll follow this news to see the fair ones and those that have broken laws. Noticed a huge decline and the reviews confirm. Idk what’s going on but this site has gone downhill. I thought I was just having a streak of bad luck but it seems like this site is on its way out and just trying to suck up/keep as much money as they can before shutting down. Sucks.

Well its been 7 days since ce redemption request was submitted and it still shows pending !! Contact support and get the usual BS replies high volume of redemption requests. We are doing our best to get yours processed in a timely manner!! Blah blah blah! Then they have the balls to suggest i switch my redemption from debit card to bank transfer with aeropay!! Yeah great idea so I can start this ridiculous waiting game over from the beginning.. apparently the phrase repeat business is lost on them don't waste your time.

I submitted a redemption request over a week and a half ago and have yet to receive any update or payment. I’ve reached out to support, but the assistance provided has been unsatisfactory.
At this point, I’m very disappointed with the experience. Once my redemption is processed, I will be suspending or canceling my account and will no longer be using this platform.

I have cashed out with them several times over 500.00 to date. They might be a little slower to payout but I have always gotten paid , daily bonuses are cool, wish they go back to the dollar a day . But I give 5 stars because I have never had an issue with them paying out

Everyone who has ever spent money here, I strongly recommend you immediately charge every penny back ASAP. This company is not honoring their own contract or obligations and is now stealing from players left and right and will almost CERTAINLY be shutting down now and pulling a fast one on everyone. Get your money back while you still can!

This site is acting scummy now. I've never had a problem cashing out before, but it's been a week and my redemption is still under review. I cancelled one of my redemptions and lost it all. I know it’s gambling, but the timing is too suspicious; I’ve been doing low spins and haven’t profited once since that cancellation. They’re holding our money hostage. I’ve used so many casinos and have never dealt with anything like this.

I loved this casino for quite sometime but never was lucky enough to redeem any winnings until recently. Well my first redemption was an awesome experience I redeemed it on 3/1 and was in my account 3/3 which was impressive because first redemptions onsweep casinos are all over the board with timelines and normally take the longest when its your first. Then I won again and redeemed 3/10 and have not been paid and getting the same automated AI bot responses telling me the redemption team will contact me and they never do. I have contacted probably like 10 times which the last time was today and now they are just not responding so that's cool. Super frustrated with them and just want to be paid so I can avoid it in the future at all costs.

When it comes to your redemption you will get lied to and told Coinflow is experiencing issues.After I emailed Coinflow and was told no issues I emailed Sidepot with that proof and now they ignore me.
Can you just payout my winnings please instead of making me wait longer than 3-5 business days.You do this to everyone.Gonna stop spending money on your site. I was a loyal player at Sidepot and then they BANNED me for winning too frequently. Now I randomly logged back in and my ability to purchase is back. Hmm wonder why? OH come to notice they aren’t paying redemptions to anyone. So they tanked their business and can no longer afford to pay anyone, and now they want the people they’ve banned to come back and give them money so they can not pay them out either. LOL. Typical of these scammers

They only allowed lifetime losers to play there which is obviously illegal for a sweepstakes casino. And now they’re reaping what they sow. Don’t waste your money.

Games are a scam here. If the system senses you have a certain dollar amount Free spins will only give a few dollars , no matter which game you play they will jip you.

Maybe I should've read these reviews before playing this site... finally won after 7 months then they take forever to get you your $. When you finally find how to reach support they are rude to you. Best part was the $1 daily bonus but they changed it to .20 cents every 6 hours and it's been 18 hours since I got it but can't get it no matter what I do. Waste of money and time.

Also, if you do win don't contact support asking about it because they just say they have an unusual amount of redemptions and it gonna take longer than usual. I know it to be false because it took me 7 months to even win $100. Stay away from here, you won't get anything from it but a headache.

I requested a $350 redemption from Sidepot Social Casino on March 18, 2026. The site states redemptions are processed within 3–5 business days.

When the payment did not arrive, I opened multiple support tickets and was told there were “technical issues with Coinflow” but that the redemption would still be processed. I reached out to Coinflow and found out they are fully operational with no known processing delays. That is just an excuse. They haven’t even approved my request or attempted to send; so how could coinflow be to blame??

The redemption is now well beyond the stated processing timeframe, and despite several support requests requesting a manager to review and process my winnings; I still have not received the payout or a clear response. I think the people responding are simply AI and do not actually do anything. I will think long and hard before depositing my money here again. This is shady behavior.

I've used this site plenty times before and not had a problem with getting my redemption but for the last week actually going on two weeks now I've still not received a redemption that I initially submitted in the beginning of March and now had to resubmit at the end of March if you use these guys dont there's better sites with better redemption processes with zero issues

i liked playing at sidepot but there redemption stinks i have been waiting since march 12 for my money and whenever i contact support they tell me its still within the time frame they will get no more of my money and that redemption will sit there till it is paid
i am changing this review because i finally got an honest customer service person who said the way i was asking for payout was holding things up changed it sunday and got an email today it will be in my bank tomorrow

My first time Redeeming went through fine. This time not so good. I did a redemption on March 13 and I'm still waiting. I have emailed not getting any response back. That stupid ass robot message keep saying the same thing. uck sidepot they want get anymore of my money.

I been playing with this site from the time they opened until present time it has gone down hill since I made my first purchase and now daily was 1sc every 24hr now it’s .20 cents every 6 hrs and tops out .80cents in a 24 hr day and now I’m so close to boycotting this site

Probably one of the worst websites on the markets. Imagine doing over 2000 spins and not getting a single bonus. Imagine putting over thousands of dollars in it, and not even winning $10. Please do not touch his website and run away. They are a scammer. I have reported to the state already. I want them taken down. Do not sign up here.

I'm confused by the negative reviews. this place has consistently good promos and I win often. Payout has almost always been completed within 48 hours. one of my favorite places to play.
