One star is even too much they go way passed the delivery days and when you ask for even a express post as a sorry that’s a no , ask for a refund it’s oh we’re sorry , we’re send it then you can send it back ! They’ve not even sent it !! And on top to find they are the next suburb across!! And no delivery definitely a scam , consumers reported and bank too , do not waste your money they do not care

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Sierra Sydney.

I placed my order on 27 September, specifically for an overseas holiday. Despite the advertised delivery timeframes, my order was significantly delayed, with very little assistance or communication when I tried to find out what was happening.

After endless tracking updates, unsuccessful attempts to contact the courier and multiple emails, I finally received my parcel, only to discover TWO dresses were missing: the Lemon Drop Mini Dress and Soleil Mini Dress.

These were items I had paid for, yet they simply weren’t included in my package.

The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. What should have been a straightforward online purchase turned into weeks of chasing my order, trying to locate my parcel and now having to chase a refund for items I never received.

I have already raised a dispute with American Express and am now seeking a refund for the missing items.

Terrible customer experience, disappointing communication and an incomplete order. I certainly won’t be purchasing from Sierra Sydney again and would not recommend them.

I ordered the Calypso Set and it was nothing like pictured. Have emailed and whats apped, and no reply. Ended up opening a case with my bank. Steer clear of this company unless you want to purchase cheap quality items that look nothing like their pictures.
