After going around in town for opticians that could not replace the lenses in my Ray Ban Aviator, I found Sight Direct on Google, called just to double check the code of my polarised lenses and placed the order online in 5min!
Excellent service they kept me updated via email and I received the parcel within the given timeframe. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Great service to have after my sunglasses broke. I was looking at having to spend either €60 to get them repaired or €150 on a new pair of ray bans. It was cheaper to be able to just get the parts from sight direct. Great to be able to wear my sunglasses again.

I ordered replacement Rayban side arm tips for delivery to Norway. Fast and efficient order and delivery process. I had a question afterwards regarding fitting of the tips that was answered by mail within a few hours.

Contacted these guys to get some nose buds for my older model shades, offered advice and agreed to take back the product if they didnt fit.
Sadly it didnt work out, but true to their word they took back the supplied product and refunded me in full.

This company is great. Though I found out my Ray-Bans were fake (never trust eBay) Sight Direct refunded my money for the replacement lenses I ordered immediately. I then turned around and bought a new pair of LEGIT Ray-Bans from SD. All future purchases will go to SightDirect!

I seldom write reviews but the service was so good from sight direct I thought I had to. I had broken a lense on my rayban aviators, 2 weeks before going on holiday so needed them repairing quickly.
I called sight direct, they were really helpful, they took my details, ordered the lenses I needed there and then and then got me to put my order in online.
They estimated that they would have the glasses back to me in 10 days (5 days before I went on holiday) but in fact they back with me in 6 and are as good as new.
Really friendly and they updated me about the order as time went on - as I said brilliant !

I submitted an application to have my sunglasses repaired and was not sure the application was received. I emailed Sight Direct and left a message. Immediately Sight direct contacted me and explained the process. I would recommend this first class service.

My Raybans were repaired and delivered back to me in no time at all. I was kept informed of the process all the way through from confirmation of receipt to notification of dispatch (with tracking number).

These guys have so much knowlage. I didn't really know what Oakley sunglasses I had, just gave a simple discription and told them what I wanted. Placed the order, items arrived within 48hours. Simple.

I needed some new ear pads for my Ray Ban glasses & found Sight Direct selling them at less than half the cost of most other companies. Having received them, I cannot fault their quality. Therefore I would recommend Sight Direct to everyone who doesn't want to be ripped off.
