Arrived today, took near 3 weeks to Australia, but perfect result

I was given sight directs number by sunglass hut and enquired about Persol lenses to replace the ones I had scratched. Persol replacement lenses are not something sight direct stock, however they went out of their way to find out about supplying the lenses I needed and gave me the answer the same day. What a fantastic service!! The lenses were with me within 7 days from ordering them and they came from Italy.

I received a call from sight direct the same day I place my order to confirm what size lense I required. I was also informed of the expected delivery date. My lenses arrived within the timescales specified and where correct genuine replacements. Superb service couldn't ask for better .

Bought nose and ear socks for oakley jawbones. The nosepieces dont fit. Got in contact and was told they would look into the issue! As expected they still haven't been in touch. Tried on a mates jawbones,same thing so i have ruled out that it is my glasses. So I would recommend not buying from this seller! The only good thing is that they mailed it pretty quick.

Very smooth transaction, good communication and fast dispatch

Had exactly what was needed (new end tip for Ray Ban) sunglasses. They were ordered on line mid afternoon and to my delight and surprise arrived in the next mornings post. My only suggestion would be that looking for spares for Ray Ban sunglasses on the internet was not easy and it took quite a while to find a website that sold them. I do not know how easy it is to become more noticeable. Very good and efficient website!
