I didnt even know if the spare parts I needed were available anywhere. However, because the website search facility is very easy to use, I found what I needed immediately. As promised in the update emails, I recieved the items next day - fantastic!

I was looking for sides for an old pair of Raybans which were hard to find parts for. The help was really good with suggestions for possible fitting sides, eventually got a usable set although not an exact fit. Appears the Italian made spares are slightly different to the American made shades, probably the imperial/metric thing.
I am pleased enough with the entire deal.
