Nick and Emma helped secure our mortgage and were fantastic!

They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in securing a mortgage product which was suitable for us. We were kept us in the loop at all stages of the house buying process and Nick and Emma were patient and efficient when answering queries.

We cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be returning for more help when it’s time to remortgage!

Both Deb and Gemma pulled out all the stops last minute to stop the mortgage falling through when Barclays had got their figures confused as well as sending paperwork to the wrong place. We thank them very much for this as it was sorted within a day, ensuring we went through with a planned move date of before Christmas. They went above and beyond to sort this and quickly replied to my phone calls and emails. A great service and I would definitely recommend.

I have used Signature Funding Solutions for a few property refinance deals now. But nothing compares to the experience I had with my last deal. The refinance turned out to be a right circus, all because of other third parties involved. But! Dean and his team at Signature were worth their weight in GOLD. Not only was I hitting setback after setback, the team at Signature went well out of their way to make sure every possible angle was covered to help me get this deal over the line. Debbie has also been amazing, she understood the personal affect all this was having on me and went out of her own way to reassure me everything will get straighten out and finished. When our existing fixed rate mortgage was approaching its end, we knew that we wanted to use the expertise of Paul Hinchley-Bradshaw who had advised us twice before. It turned out Paul was now with Signature in a more senior role, but he gave his professional help once again.
