Horrible
We have been with Signpost for about 8 plus years. We only have the review part, not the answering service. A few years ago I received a notification that my email was disconnected so I called to fix it. They are connected to our email to gather all our contacts to send emails out to. Business was slow 2024 so I didn't think anything of it but I was still receiving notifications from them as far as reviews. Today I go to just cancel and come to find out, its been disconnected AGAIN for about 2 years. Never was notified, I logged into our account and never had a notification it was not connected. They said there should be a banner across the front of my home page stating it is not connected, this was not on my account. Today they offered to waive one month, after we have paid them all these years for absolutely nothing. They blamed me that I should've gone into settings to check, if there was nothing coming in then I should've been suspicious of it and gone to check in my settings. I for one do not go check my settings when it should all be good, I log in to check on contacts and reviews, what I pay for. They should have notified us that they were disconnected as soon as it did just like they did before. Now we have lost thousands of dollars paying for the service which was never actually doing anything. Lost possible reviews from new customers as well as possibly more work. They just refused to issue any type of refund other than waive this months fee or take any type of responsibility for this issue. I just canceled.

So glad I signed up!
My experience so far has been amazing. I signed up and was immediately relieved! I operate a 24/7 business and for so long I was personally answering the phones after hours and weekends. Constantly interrupting personal plans with friends and family. It became a burden. Now that I have signpost I can finally breathe and have a break! I especially love that I can easily see the calls that come in immediately and they patch me through when it’s an emergency. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to any business owner feeling overwhelmed and just needs a break!
To be honest
To be honest, I was skeptical about signing a company that takes control of answering of the phones because I’ve grown my company with personal interaction with customers since opening. That is how you grow a company. It’s a lost art that people miss. The second phone call came in And it was a customer that I had have close interaction with for years. He was a little shocked and mentioned how he did not know I had an office staff. He thought they were actually in house and sitting in an office, which is what a customer wants to hear. When you are growing, you want your company to be bigger than what it sounds. Your customers feel a since of security due to the fact that you have have some kind of structure and multiple levels of Organization in your company. I was in the military for years and believe in customer satisfaction, no matter what it takes. This company really impressed me.
I don’t leave reviews, but they deserved it. The customer support is awesome. Vicki my rep is totally amazing and fun to deal with. The process takes a little bit to get adjusted, but they really make it easy.
Signpost is the BEST!
Signpost is GREAT! We rarely have any issues with them, but if we do, it is resolved promptly. If we don't reach out to them to update our on-call tech, they reach out to remind us that we are due to update. They never let the ball drop! Abby is the absolute best! She is always VERY helpful and super sweet!!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our services. We have been with Signpost since before the change and anticipating stay with them, as we are happy with our services :) Thank you for the GREAT service, Signpost Team!
Handles Complex Process
Even though we have a complex process for processing our Emergency After-Hours calls, SignPost handles it easily.
Office Move and new install
We worked with Becky P. to set up our new office answering system. She was extremely helpful and patient. We have used signpost for 4 years and have not had any major issues.

Wonderful Experience
We had a great experience with Signpost’s call center! The staff is fantastic - professional, friendly, and efficient. Their communication software and hub are wonderful, making it easy to manage everything seamlessly. All our needs were met. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!
Troubleshooting with Tyree - for the win!
I worked with Vicky to set up our account and after a few days with no messages I reached out to see what was going on. Tyree called me shortly after I sent my email and he helped troubleshoot and figure out why our calls were not forwarding. It took a couple of minutes but Tyree was persistent and thorough. He figured it out and everything seems to be working as we wanted. Thanks Tyree!

**1/27/2025 Update
Unfortunately, after 4 months we decided to end our relationship with Signpost. They never were able to fully grasp how to answer our calls and made several egregious mistakes. We attempted to rectify the issues multiple times, but ultimately, we had to separate. The companies CEO is a very nice gentlemen and I appreciate their willingness to resolve our issues, but it was the execution that was lacking. I'm giving them a two for effort but make no mistake this was not a good experience and a complete waste of time and money.
I have been with them for 2 months, and the beginning was slow. However, we seem to be on the right track now, and they are doing great. I would give them five stars, except for the time it took to acclimate.

I use the Signpost on line call service, not the 'getting online reviews system' it seems most of these reviews are about.
I had a very hard time getting setup on the service - it took two months - they credited my account for those dollars - KJ in billing was very helpful.
The receptionists have all been very courteous and professional.
The best is Tyree in Support- he has answered countless calls from me and taken care of every single thing I called about as we adjusted and tweeked to get the service exactly how I wanted it. He is competent and professional. I thought at one point about quitting before I started, but the people have all been so kind and helpful, I stuck with it. It seems to be filling my needs and getting better and better as we adjust to it.

Like the other one star reviews, I am extremely unhappy with my Signpost experience. They did a lot of overpromising and underdelivering. The incompetence is staggering and the company's business practices are shady and suspect. They haven't once booked a call correctly, as per the guidelines that we very clearly laid out, creating more work for us, not less. They also drag out the call, using up very expensive minutes unnecessarily.
When I email my account specialist, I get nothing in response. I called to cancel my service and we'll see how that process goes, but judging by everyone else's experience, I'm not going to have any more luck with that than I did with them answering our phones. Run far away from this company if you value anything about your business.

Possible Scam Alert
This is a scam. They give you a low per call rate, then they give your number out to spam callers or have a call system. When their agent answers your phone call, they make sure it takes more than your first 15 seconds. Now you get charged, but you never got a legit call or lead. Then they raise the rates. Now they up the spam callers, I was getting and still do get 30-50 calls a day from spammers that never had my number until I signed up with them. DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!
