Producto como esperava genial

He comprado un sistema Wi-Fi de largo alcance y funciona muy bien. El envío ha sido rápido y me han resuelto dudas que les pregunté por Email. Estoy considerando volver a comprar otras cosas.

Un excelente sitio para comprar router wifi. Tienen fichas completas del producto con fotos y descripciones. El servicio de envío es muy rápido, quedé muy contento, por paquete urgente 24 h. Sin duda repetiré.

Rapidez de respuesta y profesionalidad.

Realicé la compra de soporte de coche para el móvil. El envío fue rápido pero desgraciadamente el artículo llegó defectuoso, por problemas con el transporte. Me puse en contacto con la tienda a través de whattsapp enviándoles imágenes de cómo llegaron los artículos y me respondieron rápido (incluso era un día festivo en España). Sin coste alguno volvieron a enviar el artículo, esta vez perfectamente embalado.
Es de agradecer la rapidez de la respuesta y la corrección de los errores iniciales.
Garantía y profesionalidad.

The service is second to none. a month ago I bought a WiFi router from them.
I did not have any problem in the delivery with the transport company although I live in a small town 9 km from the city
I also called them with questions to configure it and they attended to me immediately, they managed the problem with the technical service and everything was fixed.

Hatte eine Reklamation und mehrere E- Mails gesendet , nach Wochen immer noch keine Reaktion !!

Ain't gonna lie, it kind of felt like a scam at one point. Things we're just going so slow after I made the order, no communication or any feedback on what was going on for 10 after payment. Only once I started asking questions did things start moving sort of. The items were apparently in stock and the page bragged with quick shipping. However, in total it took just over a month for me to get my order delivered despite also being in the EU, a couple of countries over. The amount charged for shipping should result in a 2-3 day delivery time tops.

Account details seem dodgy too, having your password repeated back to you in plaintext in a email after registration is not all that encouraging.

They did have some items "in stock" at a time everyone else was sold out and the price seemed alright. Though I was a bit bummed to see discounts on my items 2 weeks after my order was made but still nothing was shipped so I felt a bit cheated there. All in all, considering how long everything took, I might have been better off elsewhere.

I'll give them a 2 just because I got my items in the end, even though it seemed I may never get them.

Seems to be a scam. The advertised that they accept multiple payment methods like papal. But when checking out , only credit/debit cards are accepted.

Additionally , they don't answer your email at all.

Finally, there are now reviews at all for this website on the internet , neither in spanish or latino reviews sites.

If they advertise they take PayPal and then have option in the payment process that one issue...when questioned they do not respond...

That is likely a bad sign and even makes me question the validity of their claim that they have what I was searching for.

refund only via RMA, but they ignore any request mail
so, if u have a problem...is only your problem...
