Like others, became trapped in there scam system, my emails don’t send to them, I sometimes never got the order, and if they did come they arnt as described, they are plastic and don’t come across as they do on the website.

And the fact is you cancel you have to send ALL jewellery back as well as pay £100, I think it’s disgusting !!

Bank has now blocked the payments !

They took £120 out of my account so phoned my bank immediately and bank got all my money back due to not receiving any parcels etc and especially the fact the auto subscribe you without you knowing through Apple Pay !

Please AVOID and shop elsewhere.

I initially joined for the 'free subscription box' only having to pay £5 shipping. That went ok, jewellery came and was decent.

Then a month later I had a further £12.99 taken out of my account, to which I found out I had apparently signed up to a 6 month contract. I had signed nothing, all I had previously done was create a log in. I emailed and received a very generic response as other reviews have noted saying they can't cancel within the 6 months. This is untrue. Any company can cancel a subscription.

Poor communication; untrue subscriptions and is too good to be true.

I have taken it up with my bank whom have blocked them so further funds can't be taken out. Be careful if you sign up as I caught this early, whereas other reviews note that shipping can often be £50.

Mentions you will receive jewls for at least 6 months then you have choice to continue.

Company is not clear enough on terms of contract and how your unable to cancel before 6 months up. Poor communication and sketchy.

I read other reviews where you pay the delivery for 4.99 on first free order but then jumped up to 12.99 on next one and another review said it was 50 after and with no communication, warning about it.

Nothing signed. Tricked contract, invalid as unconsentual. Company has been reported with other reviews and apparently they have been working to remove negative reviews from trust pilot.

I am not happy with the poor communication and requested my first order be canceled within same day of purchase.

Awaiting a response from their customer service as of present and I cancelled my card and requested a new one on scam grounds.

Silk on me has helped me to try style and pieces that I wouldn't normally try. My usual go to is silver/white gold. However, silk on me has sent me some beautiful gold sets that I have worn since they arrived. They are stylish, versatile and very well made. It's affordable and classy.

Beautiful jewellery and accessories. Lovely designs. Necklaces are pretty and delicate. Bracelets are lovely with easy to connect links.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I thought I was making a one time purchase, only to have money taken out of my account every month for jewellery I don’t even want. I’ve tried emailing them to cancel yet they do not allow you to as they say you’re in a 6 month contract- which they do not tell you when buying from them! Honestly massive scam, really disappointing. I just want my money back

MASSIVE SCAM. They lock you into a 6 month commitment, it's NOT clear when you 'subscribe' at all, they told me I'd just pay for shipping on the order, nothing about paying for 6 months commitment! When I asked for the t&cs outlining this THREE TIMES they have refused to provide proof! DON'T USE!!

This company don’t tell you they are putting you in a 6 month subscription you can’t get out of, thinking you have brought a jewellery box for 4.99 but end up getting yourself in for 6 months and they don’t even cancel it or respond. I would advise taking up with your bank to cancel any payments in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Jewellery is also so basic and tarnished when arrived

The jewelry I got from them is perfect for daily use, it has really good quality and for a good price too. The packaging is beautiful and elegant

This is an absolute scam. They contacted me to join there affiliate program on instagram. They don’t tell you it’s actually a 6 month scam. I thought it was a one off pay for shipping but have had money taken out of my account that I wasn’t aware of. Nothing stated it was every month! Absolute scam do not do it!

This is an absolute scam!!! they contacted me to join a affiliate program so I went ahead, they then said to me I can get the £50 jewellery collection but use a code so you only pay shipping, I payed the £4.99 and ordered on the 5th of august which was over two weeks ago, i have then emailed about not receiving my parcel and they have ignored me!!!

What makes it great, is that, in my personal experience, I had a bit of an issue with my billing address, the customer service is responsive to my concern. It ain't too good to be true. I wanted to experience myself. The delivery, the communication efficiency is good via email and on the website. The product is as it is.

The jewelry that I have received is great quality perfect for everyday and reasonably priced. Every piece that I have received is different from anything I already have or have received in my subscription. I need a new jewelry box to hold my new collection. I get a lot of compliments and I can't wait until my next shipment.

I bought the ambassador offer through Instagram that advertised a subsidised price in exchange for sharing the products and brand online. Since recieving the items, I tried to cancel a subscription (that I was not aware was set up), only to be told it's a minimum subscription of 6 months at £12.99! There was NO information at all on the website, when I ordered, or at the checkout that there was a subscription at all, let alone a 6-month minimum! Absolute scam and I am reporting the business.

I am very surprised by the quality of the products, I recommend them and I do not hesitate to buy again.
