They offer you free jewellery for a subscription and then it is impossible to cancel .

To the point this company is a Brand I thought it would be good idea to be an ambassador for this you get free jewellery but pay the shipping around £10-£12. It’s a bit much. Never received the free items but just took my money for shipping how ridiculous and unnecessary I am reporting this to police and making a big deal of this as well this person Emma working for this brand is going behind bars doing this is not allowed I want my money back

Great quality jewelry. Gorgeous timeless pieces. Passes the tarnish test!! And so affordable . These make great gifts to others and self!

Once you order the free box, it automatically puts you into a subscription program without you knowing & will then charge you £12.99 every month!
They also won’t cancel the subscription, so getting a replacement card is the only option.

The jewellery is cheap costume jewellery from aliexpress or Temu!

I was asked to be an ambassador- when reading the info it said I could back out at any time and was free as long as I posted content - neither of these statements were true. It cost around £12 a month on postage and when I tried to cancel they said that it wasn’t possible. I tried again and they kept telling me that there is no cancelling- the products were cheap in quality and easily fell apart - you can get better jewellery at primark

My daughter became an ambassador in 2024 after about a year she tried to cancel her subscription and it’s impossible. NOBODY responds to the multiple emails. They do not have a phone number to call either. We’ve been like this for the last 6 months (since January 2025) and of course they charge her every month. Yes we called the bank, yes we canceled her card, yes we tried to contact them with different names, yes we searched for other people with the same experience. Next step, report them to authority I just don’t know what else to do. We gave them many chances.

I received the Silk Box. I was expecting a literal box, but instead got an envelope. The envelope was so cute! The jewelry came in a white leather pouch with a split pocket for two pieces of jewelry. The leather was made beautifully! I received a necklace and a bracelet. I’ve been wearing for a week straight. That includes the shower and working outside. It still looks like the day I received it! I emailed to cancel a subscription and so did my friend and neither of us have had a response. Instead silkonme continued both our orders and ignored our emails as responses were quick up until we asked for our subscription to be cancelled.

From them don’t come of colour when you multiple time wash your hand or going with them in shower. You can wear them with multiple different outfits. Amazing product I wait my next box . As a girly who owns some pretty expensive jewelry, I can say Silk on Me jewlery looks and feels expensive, just not with the pricey tag. I love their options and that it’s water resistant too. I would recommend. Makes for good gifts too.

This was my first order. It was for a friend on her birthday. She was ecstatic at the quality and beauty of the lighthouse necklace. The heart shaped bracelet she uses as an anklet. They always send me long lasting and top quality jewelry while also making sure to stick with the jewelry that I said I like. Everytime I open a package from them in filled with excitement and joy.

I had signed up for the ambassador position, which comes with a six month subscription policy. Even thought you do get the jewelry for free, you still have to pay for shipping which is roughly $12 a month. While for the past six months I have been being charged monthly, I have yet to receive my jewelry. I have sent out several emails to the company explaining the situation and trying to cancel my subscription, which they have replied with (every single time) that they cannot cancel it before the six month trial is over. It also clearly states on the website that if you wish to cancel your subscription before the six months, you have to send back the jewelry, which I would if I had received any. At this point it has been over six months and hey are refusing to cancel no matter how many emails I send. This company is a total scam.
