Was having an issue with the $10 for 500 members (couldn’t get the members into my server) so I decided to open a ticket in the sillyboost discord server to have this issue resolved. That was probably one of the worst things I could have done. My issue was never resolved and in the end I was banned from the server for pretty much no reason. I felt like I was patient enough I waited over 24 hours for my issue to be resolved with no complaints and it never was. Eventually I got frustrated and told the owner and staff members that if my issue wasn’t resolved soon I would initiate a charge back with my bank. Instead of trying to help the owner argued that they win 9/10 of their disputes and that I wouldn’t get my money back. Keep in mind in those 24 hours he barely tried to help me and rarely replied to any of my messages, (almost like he was stalling) but soon as I said I would file a charge back all of a sudden he was online and active? Terrible customer service, it shouldn’t take someone threatening you with a chargeback for you to help them with an issue that they are having with a product/service that they bought from you. So after saying I would file a dispute and the owner saying I wouldn’t win it anyway, He gave me 2 options 1. “Wait for him to get home” 2. “Do the charge back with my bank.” Considering I had already been waiting for over 24 hours for my issue to be resolved and all I was met with in those 24 hours were random messages from staff members who couldn’t even help anyway (why do you have staff members if they can’t help or resolve issues with your product/services) and one message from the owner only asking for my order id and that was it. I was already about to initiate the chargeback but for whatever reason at first he agreed to give me a refund. But was cocky and adamant that if I did file a charge back I wouldn’t win (he definitely doesn’t know how big banks operate when it comes to scams and fraud). I told him that I would win the dispute simply because I have enough evidence that I never received the product I purchased along with the discord conversation of me waiting over 24 hours for my issue with the purchase to be resolved. I have already been in a similar situation with my bank and cash app and got my money back. But like I said earlier this guy is cocky, so after agreeing to give me a refund he changes his mind and decides that he’s not going to give me one and to file the dispute. YES your guy medal said that, so I did exactly as he said and I initiated the charge back with my bank. Maybe another 5 minutes goes by and I see that he sent me a refund on cash app, and I go onto the sillyboost discord server and what do you know I’m banned from their discord server lmfao. Of course I won the dispute with my bank, so instead of 1. fixing my issue to begin with or 2. just giving me a refund when I first said I was going to file a dispute, he made the situation worse for himself and ended paying me $20 instead of $10. Up until this situation I never had any issues with them (probably because I never had to open any tickets and interact with them). So if I were you guys just stick to purchasing server boost and maybe nitro anything else isn’t worth it because if you have issues they won’t get resolved and you’ll likely be banned from their server for complaining about wait times.

It’s a great server that sells cheap methods for your everyday discord or gaming needs, I personally don’t like how the robux prices have gone up but overall it’s a great discord cheap method server.
