Amazing service and beautiful jewellery

Purchased a bracelet last year, which I'd completely forgotten about. It had not been worn or taken out of packaging, the bracelet had tarnished badly. Contacted the company, reply was not helpful, stating that silver does tarnish, clean it with a silver cloth.

I own a lot of silver pieces, expensive and cheap items that have never tarnished.

I paid £94 for item, its still on sale at a higher price. Extremely, disappointed,

I love shopping from Silver by Mail. Their jewellery is beautifully designed and of very high quality. The customer service is excellent and each piece of jewellery is sent in a Silver logo box containing a care leaflet, a wrapped chocolate and a pretty pink velvet drawstring pouch. The packages are sent promptly by Royal Mail. I have been shopping from them for many years and I'm always satisfied

I bought a silver bracelet for myself as my uncle had left me a bit of money in his will. I don't often spend money on jewellery for myself but decided I wanted a keepsake. I spent about £80 and only had the bracelet a week and it fell off my wrist. It has a t bar that went into a circle but in my opinion,the t bar was too short,I contacted silver and they basically said they had never had a complaint about this particular item before and didn't offer me anything,even if they had maybe given me a discount code but absolutely nothing. Not good customer service and I would never buy from them again.

I rarely make a review but I felt I should for Silver. The products ( earrings for my granddaughters) arrived promptly, beautifully packaged, great quality and good value. I will definitely be buying from Silver again.

Ordered a silver wedding band to replace my expensive wedding ring that sadly had to be cut off. As I have ongoing swelling in my fingers due to arthritis now, I didn't want to spend a fortune in case it had to be cut off again. It arrived within 3 days and packaged lovely. The chocolate is a nice little touch. It looks and feels beautiful. I will.not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly become a repeat shopper for sure. I have been a loyal customer for many years.

I bought a sterling silver bracelet for £44 and after less than a month it became badly tarnished.

This has not happened to any of the other silver jewellery that my wife has worn for many years. This would suggest that the bracelet is quite poor quality.

Silver offered to clean the bracelet but refused to offer either a replacement or a refund.

I won't be buying from Silver again.
