Beautiful earrings but disappointing packaging

The birthstone earrings I bought (as a gift) are beautiful but I was disappointed they were sent in a generic Silverado box with no reference to the brand or the fact that they are November birthstones.

Apologies for the generic box, we were waiting for a new delivery of boxes from the designer, which have now arrived. We are sending one in the post to you today together with a birthstone information card, they will arrive tomorrow.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I put in a last minute order for my daughter’s birthday. I was phoned personally and reassured it would arrive on time. Beautifully gift wrapped too! Jewellery items were perfect - as described and great quality.

Amazing service

Amazing service. I accidentally ordered my earrings to be collected at the store, one quick email to Silverado asking for it to be changed to my home garnered a super quick response, 'no worries at all' and the earrings arrived at home in the next couple of days - no charge for postage. Lovely earrings too - beautiful quality. Very happy!
