Have booked our second holiday with Leanne. She is an amazing travel consultant with so much knowledge, and nothing is too much of an ask for her. She helped us make our New York trip magical and we now have another holiday booked for us to enjoy. Thank you Leanne you’re amazing. 🙂

We have booked our family holiday with Leanne at Silver Travel Advisor and couldn't be happier with the personal service we have received.
There are a large number of us travelling to celebrate a special birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, from checking different dates, durations and flight times, to getting the best room types for us, to make sure we were able to book the trip that was right for us.

Just booked our family holiday. We booked our holiday with silver travel advisor Deborah Degrassi, she was extremely helpful finding us our perfect destination. Will definitely be contacting Deborah to organise any future trips. Would highly recommend using Silver travel.

A massive thank you to Jayne! We have just got back from a family trip to Lapland and it was AMAZING! This week we have booked a cruise with Jayne. Jayne is able to give us advice and experience which is invaluable! She guides us through and gives us excellent recommendations. Jayne your knowledge is top notch and you have provided so many excellent holidays for us!

We booked our honeymoon through Marie

She brought together all of the components and made so that we didn't have to worry about anything when on holiday - things just happened!

Jayne provides an excellent service. I was originally unsure as to where to go for a luxury holiday with some winter sun. Jayne provided me with several options and when I finally funnelled it down to two alternatives , she gave her valuable knowledge about the pros and cons of each option. Once booked communication and updates were regularly sent. I would 100% recommend Jayne if you are looking for a holiday, but don’t have a clue where to start.

Once again we were more than happy with the excellent service provided by Jayne Kerrigan in organising our recent holiday to Gran Canaria She is always so efficient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Deborah Degrassi has been phenomenal. Above and beyond! Booked two cruises for my Father who’s in his mid eighties. It looked like he may have to cancel the second one after a health scare. Deborah spoke with the operator and kept the booking open until we knew more. Fortunately he could go and he had a whale of a time!!! My Dad needed additional support through the booking process and Deborah was there to offer it to him. She’s so patient! Highly recommended!

I wouldnt use anyone else to book my holiday’s. Lorraine listened to my requirements and provided the perfect holiday for us finding us a great deal. She took care of everything including booking our seats arranging our private transfers and prnting our tickets. She then emailed me while we were away with confirmation of our hotel pick up. A streamless process from start to finish thank you Lorraine x

Marie was very helpful in sorting a complicated itinerary for me, and answering my numerous queries.

I was so pleased with my trip to Dubai, that I asked Kerry to look into booking a trip to Sydney, Australia for 2025 It’s a two stop destination Dubai / Sydney and we need 2 bedrooms. Came back with a number of suggestions and we’ve ended up with a beautiful apartment hotel right in the hub of Sydney and with a swimming pool to boot. Great value for money and can’t wait to experience the delights of Australia.

On booking a river cruise for next year, my sister and I were very well assisted by an advisor of Silver Travel associated with Hays Travel. Her name is Deborah Degrassi. This efficient advisor spent a great deal of time looking for the cruise which would suit our needs and came up with an appropriate cruise. She totally understood what was required and appreciated our needs so that we can safely relax now and know we are in good hands. Everything was done on the phone by me on behalf of my sister and myself. All quieres were answered efficiently and well and everything has been documented by email. Deborah showed empathy and understanding concerning the cost, the facilities we required and the travel to the cruising point as we live at very different parts of the country. |I cannot give more praise for the excellent experience I enjoyed in the booking this holiday and we hope that the cruise itself will be equally rewarding and an enjoyable experience.
I would emphasise that the facility of speaking to a person who could direct us through all the requirements of information to finalise the booking made me realise how important relationships can be when entering into a contract of thousands of pounds. To do this as an online form, the holiday booking would not have happened!

Debbie (Deborah Degrassi)did a great job finding me 3 great holidays, one of which I have already booked. The other 2 Im still planning to take in the next few months.

She did some excellent research and I was really impressed by how well she matched my needs. Happy to recommend Debbie to anyone! Also sorry for not naming her in the original review. My bad.

We booked an All Inclusive holiday to Greece with Linsay, highly recommend her from start to finish the whole process was seamless, all our requirements taken into consideration. Linsay maintained contact with us and kept us up to date at all times, thank you so much for a fantastic experience.
