MY NECKLACE IS TOP CLASS !!!! SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND FAST

The service and detail was amazing and a beautiful gift . Isla and her team went above and beyond when I had to get the piece resized in a hurry and exceeded even themselves in the quick turn around. Return was stress free . Thank you . I will not hesitate to use again or recommend xx

The ring I got is very beautiful and the engraving was done very neatly. The ring had a chip/scrape and was a bit big so had to send it back for touch up and resizing. It was literally just a few days and we got the ring back spotless and beautiful. Service was fast and staff were in constant communication with me and was helpful. The whole process from the initial order to the resizing was seamless. Thank you!

The Silvery Staff is so helpful and kind. It is always a pleasure working with them and their products are simply beautiful and of high quality.

The constant updates and the earrings look amazing. They are a gift for a friend

A great experience. Online purchase was seamless. Production, shipping and regular updates all very professional. The final product was beautifully wrapped and looks magnificent!

A personalised experience from the get-go. Daily emails informed me about the progress of my item. The item arrived beautifully presented, and flawlessly crafted. I have a bracelet and a ring, both engraved, and the engraving is superb. I'll be back!

Hi there. I loved the gift but didn’t get the wrapping I had paid for. I paid an extra R29 to come with a bow and got the standard packaging. That is my online gripe otherwise all good
