Ordered £50 of vapes tracking shows delivered and Royal Mail have attached photo showing it lying in my close got home to find no vapes there they have gone contacted simba vapes several times through email also watsapp no reply not happy do not go near

One vape wasn't working, replacement sent quickly, recommended

I always use Simla Vapes and wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Cheapest prices I’ve found online and fast reliable delivery. I’ve ordered many times and only had an issue recently with a faulty vape, I contacted customer service and it was dealt with almost immediately! Just waiting on my replacement now but very happy with the service I received. Many thanks again!

ITS A 0 star not 1. I bought many epic vapes from different stores it’s like a 50/50 chance. I just bought strawberrry ice cream right now and I can taste a burning taste. I bought a Apple cherry one and the battery ran out in a day. I have many different cases. I absolutely rate LOST MARY BRAND HOWEVER THERE JUST EXPENSIVE. Maybe you should sell the company to them they look like they know what they’re doing. I bought a apple flavour tasted like pure cotton. I cannot believe that they are allowed to sell there products like this.

I purchased two elux legend 3500 vapes, one was faulty, looks like battery wasn't working in it. Asked for a refund or replacement and they said it was becuase I used it too much. Only had it two days and it stopped working. The other one I purchased I opened at the same time and it is still working 10 days later. Seems like the first one is faulty but they weren't having any of it. They said its because I used up the 3500 puffs in two days apparently. Not great service.
