This was my first order with this company.
I reviewed the other Simba vapes reviews and was not sure about ordering due to mixed reviews from one star to 5 star. The negative reviews were somewhat of a concern. The issue is could I take a calculated risk based on that information. I decided to go ahead, and order and it was great for the following reasons.
Prompt delivery without any issues. All items received without any damage or leakage. Value for money first class. Tracking number provided with post office. An exceptionally smooth transaction without issue.
One of the main points from reviewing all the other reviews that was negative towards this company revolved around customer services and response to complaints. It is my opinion if this concern is addressed this would be a first-class company in all areas.
Will I be using this company again yes most certainly. I am an incredibly happy customer.

My £144.95 order was sent out by DPD but never arrived. My contract is with Simba not DPD but Simba tried to push the responsibility on to me to try and get something from DPD. I should have received a refund or replacement order but a month later I have nothing. At one point they said they were unable to do anything except give me a free vape with my next order Simba are very slow to respond and it's always something like "we're looking into it". I sent a letter to the address on their website by recorded delivery and it was returned saying no longer at that address. I have had stuff from Simba before and they are certainly the cheapest and it's not their fault DPD probably stole the parcel but if something goes wrong they won't follow the law. I however will chase them through the small claims court if necessary. If you order over £100 use a credit card for extra protection. I didn't but my bank and trying to claim it for me. I will not use them again. They've caused me so much stress and worry and I still don't have a refund or the vapes. Cowboys

I order every month and never have a problem their prices are the cheapest around by far and their service is excellent, anytime I need help they respond quickly and go the extra mile to be of assistance

Great company. Great value. Service was excellent - ordered at lunchtime and the arrived the next day. Will def use again - highly recommend.

Been ordering from them since 2022. Good service which normally turns around in 24-48 hours. Great products, reasonably priced and communication has improved significantly. They normally call to advise on stock and offer replacements. Great company with fantastic staff.

STAY AWAY! NOW SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I have been using this company for around 3-4 previous large orders and had received a good service.

However on this occasion they outright tried to scam me, I ordered 12 pod devices, 10 packs of pods and 90 x 10 ml Nic Salts from them.

The box that arrived only had 1 box of 10 Nic salts in and from the size of the shipping box was no way the other 8 boxes of 10 x 10ml Nic Salts would have fit in.

I immediately reached out to the company via WhatsApp and email with a photo of the box showing it wasn't large enough for my order.

I was told to have patience whilst they investigated, I said the box isn't big enough what do you have to investigate.

The patience message was repeated and I received an email today saying the 8 boxes of 10 x 10ml where not in stock and I would get a refund.

So to summarise they sent out an order missing around a 30% of it's value, no mention of anything out of stock till I contacted them.

Looking on their retail page on TrustPilot the last few reviews seem to tell a similar story.

If you do buy from here make sure to double check every single item you purchased has been shipped!

As part of my email thread they apologised for the inconvenience, I replied stating it's not inconvenience you tried to scam me, they replied your refund has already been processed with the finance team.

They won't engage in a dialog or defend their actions so they are definitely SCAMMERS!
