Bought the “hobby” rig, and it’s strong and ridged for the price. The order also arrived really quickly. No complaints here so would definitely recommend!

Where to start, the worst company I have had to deal with in years.

They sold me a front mount for my Fanatec wheelbase, the site said it specifically was compatible. When it arrived and I asked them how to mount it, they told me repeatedly to just mount it on the peripheral mounting holes which are meant for small screens only.

This would break the base and void the warranty, when I replied with screenshots from Fanatec saying the base cannot be mounted in this way, that it says in bold red letters directly on Fanatec site NOT to front mount or use the peripheral holes for anything except peripherals, they cropped the screenshot I sent and sent it back to me without the red warning paragraph.

They continued to try to get me to mount the 700 EUR wheelbase incorrectly. It also couldn’t be switched on if I managed to force it on somehow, as the power button would be completely hidden. Their suggestion was to use washers, on a front mount wheelbase??.

So after over a week of very slow replies and arguing my case, they finally said I could return the mount. The issue is that the single return point for me to send it wasn’t even in the city I live, one of the largest in Spain. It would cost me at least 40EUR to get a taxi there and back, I have returned essentially full aluminium rigs to the Nordics with a drop off point less than 100m from my house.

Their CEO made a passionate (and almost immediate) response post on SM saying he would be in touch with me personally the next day, and that we would work together to find a solution, and then nothing. In fact I didn’t even get a response from their CS for 5 days after despite me emailing and messaging.

They finally agreed for me to return the base from my local post office and that they would refund the postage. So I packed and returned it, it cost me 50EUR. When I sent the receipt and tracking etc they then said they wouldn’t refund the postage cost as it wasn’t "pre-approved".

It is with Paypal now, I am sick of all the back and forth to be frank. I want to be clear I have never asked for anything apart from to return the mount, and receive a refund for a product which was mis-sold to me.

I dread to think what situation I would be in if I followed their "expert advice" and mounted my wheelbase in this way, I wouldn’t have lost 50EUR it would have been closer to 800.

Fake reviews on their website most likely written by ai, i would be careful dealing with this company.

Bad product, lot of flex on the pedals set. So be careful this is a marketing company surfing on Simracing business trend and doing business with YouTubers to et good reviews , go on serious and welknown companies

Great value for money and huge selection of different colors to choose from. The rig arrived within a few days.

Would recommend!
