I was so pleasantly surprised! I had no idea what to expect as the shoes I ordered were so cheap I was worried they’d be awful but they were exactly as described, much better quality than I expected and true to size. I absolutely will order from Simmi again. For cheap and lovely shoes this is the place to go. The delivery also came quite quickly which I was pretty impressed by.

Had a heel break off on first time wearing and was offered a refund very quickly. Very helpful and with quick response time as it took less than 24 hours to hear back

I ordered yellow sandal strappy heels. Firstly they are extremely tight and narrow on the foot, secondly the straps are very short so it’s challenging to even get them to close. I wouldn’t recommend buying heels here, not true to size or of decent quality

THE WORSE experience I ever had.
Rude customer service, maybe unable to read, and this is not just a joke.
My shies were lost, never received, and instead of helping, they ignored for months all my clear evidence, did not respond to emails, or gave just random replies. I have been fighting for MONTHS to have my refund, but thanks to Klarna, I've succeed. They try to steal our money, and they write positive reviews by themselves in their website.

Unfortunately, my experience with SIMMI customer service was extremely frustrating.
My return parcel was lost by DPD, and it took over a month to receive a refund despite repeatedly providing the same information multiple times. I was constantly given different answers, asked again and again for tracking details I had already shared, and redirected between SIMMI, ASOS and DPD with very little clear communication.
In the end, I did receive my refund, but only after many follow-ups and unnecessary stress. The issue should have been handled much more efficiently considering the return was made using their courier service.
Very disappointing customer service experience overall.

Great service! Had some trouble with a discount code but contacted customer service. They were very quick in their response and solved my issue straight away!

I love their shoes! So comfortable, stable and cute. I got my first pair 5 years ago which lasted me all this time up until recently.

I decided to replace my trusted heels and accidentally ordered the incorrect size for one of the pairs. Customer service was fabulous and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. Very pleased.

I ordered a pair of red shoes from Simmi after a bad experience with another very well known company! The shoes arrived from Simmi so quickly and I am delighted. They are exactly what I was looking far, the best price by a long long way, perfect fit and they are stunning. They were beautifully packaged and even had a spare pair of heels ends enclosed. (The little rubber things that go on the end of the heel)!!! Fabulous company and I cannot fault them!

I ordered some embellished heels that I was super excited to wear. Upon receiving the order, the shoes were damaged so I wanted to return them and have my shipping costs refunded since this was not my fault.

I reached out to the customer service team and they said I could have a full refund if I placed a new order for the same pair of shoes. So I did just that...

My new shoes arrived (this time undamaged) however I only received a partial refund from Simmi (which was less than the cost of the shoes?!). I have been in correspondence with the customer service team since then to get this sorted- this has been going for 2 weeks now.

As for the shoes themselves they're very pretty, I haven't worn them out yet so can't comment on the comfortability/ quality of the product. Since it's heavily embellished and the first pair were already snapped on delivery, I think it's safe to say that these will not have great longevity. However, they do look really nice.

Great for photos, but not very practical for moving around in real life.

There was an issue with my discount code so I emailed the customer service team who sorted out the issue and were really quick and reliable getting back to me every email! Thanks to the Simmi team <3
