De mensen van simmi shoe geven aan dat er niet voldoende transport kosten worden voldaan, terwijl je €16,79 betaald. Zodat je hier in NL de transportkosten, btw en invoerrechten extreem hoog uitvallen. Schoen niet geaccepteerd waardoor simmi shoe transportkosten minus het bedrag verrekend.

I bought some Christmas gifts in early December, but they were never delivered. I asked them to ship them again with a more reliable courier, they replied that they are waiting for a reply from their shoddy courier (Hermes uk), which takes 5 working days. NEXT WEEK IS CHRISTMAS! Not only will I have the ‘inconvenience’ (as they say) of not having the gifts I paid for, but if they will be delivered later I will have shoes for no use! Now they are even totally ignoring my emails. Nonsense!

UPDATE: After many complaints, comments, emails and reviews, they made a new order for me with DHL Express shipping and delivered it before Christmas. It still arrived very late, but I have to thank the customer service for delivering the order before Christmas.

Ho comprato dei regali di Natale a inizio dicembre, ma non sono mai arrivati. Gli ho chiesto di rispedirli con un corriere più affidabile, mi hanno risposto che attendono risposta dal loro corriere scadente (Hermes uk), che necessita di 5 giorni lavorativi. SETTIMANA PROSSIMA È NATALE! Non solo mi troverò senza i regali che ho pagato, ma se arriveranno dopo mi troverò con dei prodotti che non avrò più bisogno! Ora addirittura stanno totalmente ignorando le mie mail. Assurdo!

AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo molti reclami, commenti, e-mail e recensioni, mi hanno fatto un nuovo ordine con la spedizione DHL Express e lo hanno consegnato prima di Natale. È comunque arrivato molto in ritardo, ma devo ringraziare il servizio clienti per aver consegnato l'ordine prima di Natale.

Ordered heels off this site and they came with a few defaults.

I sent an email to their customer service with photos, and under 30 minutes I got a reply re-solving the situation.

They sent me out a new pair of the heels I ordered, free of charge with express shipping.

I highly appreciate this and can’t recommend them enough, if you’re looking for heels for any occasion, this is really the place to go.

I ordered shoes over a week ago for a holiday Im going on tomorrow. It stated 3 days delivery, but I still don't have them. Its showing that they've been given to Hermes, but Hermes are saying they cant deliver them, because of difficulties. I'd like to know what as they are going to my husband business, so no issues at all. I can't get in touch with Heremes as that's impossible, but I have emailed SIMMI a few times now as they don't have a contact number either, but no one has got back to me, so really Ive been left high and dry with no solution to the problem.
