The whole team at Simmons were fantastic from start to finish!!!! We sold our house in Borehamwood last year. It was the second time we had used Simmons in Borehamwood and I cant speak highly enough of them. Oliver and Josh were absolutely amazing. Always there to answer any questions and to guide us through every step of the process. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future. Great local knowledge, honest and approachable, they took a lot of the stress out of the process as you knew that they always had your best interests at heart. Thank you Simmons!!

Absolutely unbelievable behavior when acting for a family member that had gone to full and final bids, utilising their bid to leverage a better offer AFTER deadline. Then they claimed to have got the parties mixed up! Never heard so much trash in my life.

Totally unethical and its people like this that gives Estate Agents the bad name they are generally labelled with. Attempted to remedy with an apology letter full of absolute rubbish mixing up with another property!! Just totally avoid if you want someone ethical selling your property.

We had been with them for 3 years and they have always been helpful and prompt.

I dealt with oliver cohen in relation to the sale of my property in borehamwood. I found oliver very honest and over and above proactive. I sold my flat within 10 days and i found oliver and his immediate team exceptional during showings and post the sale proactive in communicating with buyer etc..in my opinion the best estate agency in borehamwood as they were committed and wanted to actually sell my flat.

My experience using Simmons has been a positive one even though they did not manage to get a buyer for me at this time. We've had plenty of viewings despite it being a difficult market. I've always found it easy to get hold of Dan, Josh or Ollie and they've given us feedback in a timely manner. Communication in general was very good. I cannot fault their efforts as they can only deal with the people that enquire etc. I am looking to remarket next year and will be using Simmons again

I purchased a property with Simmons Estates and dealt with Joshua. He was absolutely fantastic and kept me up to date with the process and was always able to meet builders and trades people at the property before I even exchanged, so I could commence works straight away on completion. It really made the buying process easier and he was a great help.

As an agent myself, in all honesty, I fancied my chances of selling my own property over Simmons who were effectively my competition. However the team at Simmons Estates really surprised me. Daniel and Oliver were always available to assist, reassure me when I had my doubts, and keep me calm throughout what should have otherwise been a very stressful sale process. Choosing Simmons to act as my local agent was a great decision and coming from someone in the industry, I would highly recommend them to anyone selling locally.

The services provided by Oliver and his colleagues were of a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Simmons Estate helped me sale my house in Borehamwood. They carried out a valuation, marketed the house and found a buyer for me on the very first viewing. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the team at Simmons Estates, they dealt with my tenancy very professionally at all times and went out of their way to deal with any issues I had, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry to be giving this rating to the team but I will explain why. The Sales team is very client friendly and they will get you lots of viewings in a structured way. However, the important aspect of deal making is closing the deal and on this I rate them very poorly. They really messed it up for me. They did not check the prospect's documents properly, they did not chase and in the end the sale feel through because the prospect did not have the funding and he wasn't even working with the brokers he had told the agency he was working with. Ensuring that a prospect can buy a property is basic stuff and their due diligence was very poor. As a result of this I would not recommend them.

Professional, knowledgable company would highly recommend this estate agency.

The worth agency I have ever work with.
Sent the signed contract one day before moving date (kept me in dark for 3 weeks, imposed cost, though receiving the deposit and other document from my side), not answering his phone regularly, asked some personal questions, received unnecessary documents,,, and many other unprofessional and rude behaviors specially a guy called Ph.
doubt it the other reviews is NOT written by them self!
Stay away.
