We had a morning's photographic course to introduce us to using manual settings on DSLR cameras. Simon was very clear and patient in his explanations of the fundamentals, and there was plenty of practical work to help us to understand how to manipulate our images and create interesting effects, as well as tips on framing and composition of pictures. We both learnt a great deal and had an enjoyable morning into the bargain.

Simon responded promptly to my request for a quote, followed by an extremely efficient service, keeping me updated throughout the process of transferring a unusual sized transparency into a printed photo, I would recommend Simon's services.

Had an awesome time with Simon teaching me the basics of drone flying and getting me started right out of the box as a total beginner. He was very patient and instantly put me at ease. We had a lot of fun and I got to grips with all the features of my DJI Mavic Air 2.
Simon was very knowledgeable and professional at all times and never rushed me once. I like to think of Simon as a friend who I can turn to for any further help or advice regarding my drone. I feel so much more confident now knowing what he taught me and I'm sure that I will fly my drone as a competent pilot and wouldn't hesitate to have another lesson with Simon if needed.

First of all thank you. Secondly this gentleman has a very keen passion in what he dose and also shows this when he teaches. I did the beginners photograpgy course which is done over 2 days and you get shown so much each time, Simon doesn't overload you with information which for some is perfect. It was an absolute pleasure having Simon with us to capture some special memories of our 40th wedding anniversary and vow renewal. I attended a one to one beginners photography course of 6 hours over 2 days with Simon. I was clueless about how to use my camera. I now feel confident to use manual focus and adjust my settings to get the best photos I can. Simon explained everything in a easy way and was patient and made sure I understood as we went along. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who wants to do more than just point the camera on autofocus!

I have just completed my third wedding masterclass session with Simon. I have learned so much over the three sessions. Not just the technical side of photography but equally important everything from the initial consultation with the couple getting married all the way to the end of their special day. Hints and tips on creating amazing images, poses, talking to the clients constantly during the photography elements so they know what’s going on and feel engaged (work in progress there for me). So many elements that I had not considered. The second session with the model (Jill) was really great and I couldn't stop smiling, I was still buzzing several hours later. Simon has a great approach to teaching. I will be booking other courses with Simon in the very near future. Thank you for imparting your knowledge and experience.

I would like to add that having completed the course with Simon I have started to re-read wedding photogrpahy books and the content now makes so much more sense. I thought it all made sense when I first read the books but starting to read them again after the course is a real eye opener (light bulb moments). Thanks again Simon.

I had a 1 to 1 session with Simon over two days in April 23. We met at Cobtree Park near Maidstone and at Teston country park.
I am a keen amateur photographer but was really struggling with motion photography. Over the two sessions Simon went through the settings on my Canon EOS helping me understand how to go completely manual making adjustments to shutter speed, aperture and ISO and how they affect each other. As well as other settings within the camera itself. He was really encouraging and showed me loads of tricks to try. I took over 200 shots during the time with him, and I have now started to put what he taught me into practice.
I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to improve.

Simon is a fantastic photographer, he really put us at ease and made us feel welcome, he worked hard to turn our shoot around and delivered a huge number of breathtaking pictures in a short space of time. We took the 3 maternity shoot combo deal and it’s a bargain, I highly recommend.

I booked a 4 hour session course with Simon - and he had focused on 4 main things that make you produce the best and high quality photos. Depth of field, ISO, Aperture and Shutter speed, and OMG! the way he explained it verbally and practically was very impressive, he is so down to earth with his explaining, and he didn't hold back on any information that was useful or worth knowing. I was impressed after fully understanding the key factors to photography among other things, and knowing how to apply them, the photos I had taken based on his teaching were stunning. I am never going to switch from Manual mode :)

I would like to pursue my photography in food and product photography and when knew that - Simon just gave me tips and techniques to use. He sent an email with some useful links that will help me with my photography and business moving forward.

Simon's enthusiasm and passion for photography is contagious and impressive. He is a very inspirational mentor and photographer.

Simon is absolutely fantastic! We booked him for my Dad's surprise 70th birthday and the photos are just perfect. He's a pro through and through! Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a gift voucher for a family photo shoot for our parents' Ruby wedding anniversary. Simon was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from ordering the voucher, booking in the date, the shoot itself and then getting the images afterwards. Simon took some really great photos of our family and there were hundreds to choose from. Would highly recommend.

My boudoir experience was fabulous from the first enquiry until my album arrived. The shoot was carried out professionally and put me completely at ease. The choices of poses made it very personal and bespoke. Simon was quick to respond to questions before and after the shoot and the finished product was first class and a wonderful keepsake for a brilliant memory making experience.

Simon was our wedding photographer and we couldn't recommend him enough. He has a really lovely approach, taking beautiful, natual photos as well as posed ones, without being in any way intrusive. On top of his fantastic photography skills, he is also a really nice bloke, and we enjoyed having him with us.

Just had 2 1:1 sessions with Simon, the first was a refresher as well as hints and detail on composition and making use of the light.; Basically Simon worked with what I needed as I hadnt picked uo my camera for a year+.

Second session we played with long exposures, something i'd nevefr done and really enjoyed. Easy going personality, good mentor and great value for money!
Def recommend his services - and you dont have to have an all singing all dancing camera, we got some fantastic shots using a decent 'bridge' camera. After all, the basics dont change!
