In this course the content is broken down into manageable, consecutive sections and I can actually feel that I am gaining skills. You don’t just learn theory - what really makes it stand out is the level of support you get along the way, and this has made a massive difference for me.

More than a mentor—a complete mindset shift I'll be honest, I was sceptical about getting a mentor.

I'd watched enough YouTube videos and read enough books that I thought I could figure it out myself. I was wrong.
SSO helped me see the blind spots I didn't even know I had. I was so focused on acquiring more properties that I'd built myself a job, not a business.

What Simon taught me was how to think like an actual business owner.

The most valuable thing? They hold you accountable. It's easy to make excuses to yourself, but when you've got Simon asking "did you do what you said you'd do?", you actually follow through.

From the second i met Kevin as part of the SSO team, i knew i was in safe hands. Since then we have worked with harry (unlimited calls) and had the most 1-1 high level chats you could imagine. We joined Simon Smith Online in June 2025, completely brand new to rent-to-rent serviced accommodation. While we had experience in property flipping, we had zero knowledge of R2R and wanted proper training from people who had genuinely done it themselves.

The education, accountability and community have been invaluable. Having a personal mentor at the beginning was a huge confidence boost, Harry quite literally held our hand through our first deal. The live coaching calls are brilliant too, as you gain perspective from multiple mentors, not just your own, and there are so many Zoom calls available each week that you can really tap into support whenever you need it.

Since joining, we now have 3 properties and are scaling fast. Our goal is 10 properties by the end of the year, which would have felt completely unrealistic six months ago but now feels totally achievable. Simon has been a massive support throughout our journey, and now being part of Elite, with face-to-face meetings and rubbing shoulders with 6–7 figure business owners, has been hugely motivating and is helping us move much faster.

I couldn’t be happier with the 1-2-1 serviced accommodation mentorship I received. From day one, the guidance was clear, practical, and tailored exactly to my goals. What really stood out was the mentor’s willingness to dive deep into every part of the process—finding the right deals, understanding compliance, setting up systems, pricing strategies, and even handling the day-to-day challenges of running a SA unit. We are currently setting up our first property.

This course offers balance by transferring R2R comprehenive learning materials into on the ground experience and concrete deals supported by an unwavering mentorship and community network. The 1 to 1 support we receive from our mentor Roxie Andrew is unquestionably more than we could have hoped for. Roxie is professional and has a wealth of knowledge. She is an exceptional mentor, ‘our cheerleader’, who is very focussed, consistent and offers us guidance and encouragement on every step of our journey with scope to research independently, learn from practical experience and be creative with our ideas.

Simon Smith, the founder, is very much present and has his finger on the pulse. His ethos of working shines and filters through to all staff and members of the SSO community. He has created a humanistic approach to learning and working in the property market which is commendable.

After being badly burnt by online programs in the past, I came across Simon’s program very skeptical with a lot objections. I was honestly expecting to be disappointed again. But from day one, it became clear that Simon is the real deal. The program is thorough, structured, and taught in a way that actually makes sense- straight forward with no gimmicks, just real guidance from people who genuinely wants you to succeed.

What completely changed the game for me, though, was my mentor, Roxie. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is beyond knowledgeable not just in one area of property, but in literally everything you’d ever want to know about the entire industry. Her expertise and breadth of experience is unmatched But, what makes her truly special is the way she shows up for you. She’s your biggest cheerleader, your voice of reason, and the person who keeps you believing in yourself on the days when you’re doubting everything (like in our meeting today!). Her encouragement and support have been invaluable, and I honestly feel lucky to have her in my corner.

If you’ve been burned before like I have and you’re hesitant, I completely understand, but this program has been a completely different experience. Genuine people, real support, and a level of care you don’t often find.

I have taken part in the Simon Smith R2R Strategy course, and I have gained far more than a guide on how to use the R2R strategy effectively. I have been surrounded by people who opened my eyes, highlighted my strengths and weaknesses, encouraged me, and—most importantly—were genuinely there for me.

Although I am not yet as successful with the R2R approach as I aspire to be, this experience has helped me build confidence in a similar strategy and has given me the opportunity to reshape my future.

If I were asked whether I would take this training again, my answer would be a definite yes.
