Simple Coach have been very good from the time of booking until the last, very transparent and clear on communication and information about the drivers. The drivers were very friendly and helpful with luggage transfers and punctual.
Really impressed and we will continue our journey together. This is our second trip and we enjoyed it immensely.

From the moment I’ve booked this online to when I got picked up by the gentleman everything went to plan, so helpful very efficient at receiving text messages to keep me informed at all times on the day. The gentleman rang me to tell me he was on his way and took me home safe and sound. Would definitely tell friends and family to book this coach hire.

Trip is yet to commence, however so far service & communication has been spot on. Would use again.

Excellent communication from start to finish, with quick response to any questions we had made it a pleasure to deal with this company. We made a booking for 11 passengers to be picked up from Gatwick Airport. There was a misunderstanding with the date, however, Nick was really good and resolved this for us. He also gave us a very good deal on the price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Reasonably priced and the vehicle was luxury and exceeded our expectation. The transfer was for a family holiday with 13 people and we all very much enjoyed the relaxing 2.5 hour journey from Carcassonne in France to Costa Brava in Spain. Highly recommend this company.

I booked Simple Coach Hire to transport us from Somerset to Brighton for a hen weekend. Nick was a star from start to finish. Communication was clear and Nick kept us informed all the way. Our driver was super, nothing was too much trouble. He arrived on time to pick up for both journeys, he was polite, courteous and got us there safely without any issues. I would absolutely use them again.

We contacted Simple Coach Hire for our annual trip to Ayr race course. Nick from Simple Coach hire was fantastic from start to finish helping me organise the transport. Nick customer service was fantastic from start to finish and very professional and knowledgeable. Updating me with all drivers information 48 hours before trip. Vehicle hire was fantastic with very lovely guy called Steve picking us up. We have so many trips for 2025/2026 and we will be coming back to Simple Coach Hire for many more bookings. Great service, constant updates from Nick and reassurance about our journey . Bus turned up on time with a larger bus than expected. Nick checked in that we got the bus ok as well. Great service highly recommended .

Got a quote for a mini bus after confirming and paying a deposit for a 22/24 seater (they did not confirm weather it was a 22 or 24 seater but did guarantee it would be one or the other) to then 3 days later asking for an extra £210 on top of an already over £600 price for a 49 seater which we clearly did not need for 22 people?. Now having to find a mini bus with 2 weeks notice to a very popular event ( Scottish Grand National) which most companies are fully booked for. The communication as good but been let down!

I used Simple Coach Hire for my family vacation in Scotland last winter. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there were some issues that affected our plans. One major drawback was that despite confirming our booking and the required pick-up time, no driver showed up on time for one of our visits. This led to unnecessary arguments to arrange for a driver, causing us to arrive late at our destination. While we managed to enter the site at the last minute, we had very little time to explore, which was quite disappointing.

On a positive note, the service can be flexible depending on the driver. Some drivers were accommodating, allowing extra time when we were shopping or waiting for family members. However, flexibility is not guaranteed, as certain drivers were quite rigid with the schedule. This inconsistency made it a bit challenging when managing a large family group. Overall, Simple Coach Hire provides a convenient service with decent flexibility, but reliability and consistency could be improved. If you’re planning to use them, I’d recommend double-checking with the company and confirming directly with the driver to avoid any scheduling issues.

Friendly and punctual driver with clean bus. Easier payment arrangement upfront would be beneficial.

The driver is nice and polite. He appears neat.He keeps to time to and fro. His driving is smooth. The only issue is he does not make sure we are all sitting before moving.
