Seamless delivery to my first floor flat. Would buy from them again.

The customer service I received was excellent.
I had a problem with the delivery but this was resolved very quickly with emails updating every step after that with delivery made within a 1 hour time slot.
Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Super-fast delivery, on-time and well communicated. Ordered a massive OLED on Saturday evening, received options for delivery on Monday. Chose Wednesday instead, it was well communicated and delivered right on-time. The delivery guys even carried it to the right spot in the living room, Brilliant!

Good value for money in terms of the product, however, I had paid for my old appliance to be taken away and the new one installed. This was done, but not until I had to spend quite a bit of time waiting on hold and talking to an inexperienced helpdesk employee. The drivers were reluctant to remove the old appliance for fear of it leaking, but the chance was remote and should have been something they were prepared for. They didn't even turn on the new appliance and check it before leaving.
Update: since posting the review I received an apology and a refund for the services cost. This has restored my faith in the company, and I appreciated their prompt attention.

Quick delivery, product as described

Delivery men were excellent and checked appliance before leaving which was very reassuring

I was sceptical as the price quoted for the Samsung series 9 washing machine was nearly £300 less than the market rate. However I shouldn’t have worried. The communication was great. I got a delivery window the night before and was able to track delivery live. Very happy with the washing machine and glad I used Simple Home Appliances

Sceptical at first due to the cheap looking shopify store and being miles cheaper than anywhere else, however I need not have worried as it arrived quickly and was informed every step of the way.

Our new Samsung washing machine was delivered on the arranged day and early in the morning which was great
Machine installation was good
We have no information on the machine serial number which we need to register for the warranty
I fear it’s on the back of the machine which means I now need to uninstall the machine to check , shame that as I paid £30 to have it installed as I have difficulty with heavy items
We checked as advised on the reply from Simple Homes and they were correct with their information, thank you so much for the advice , all sorted now , rating changed to 5⭐️

I bought a Samsung tumble dryer from Simple Home Appliances and the whole experience was great. The price was cheaper than anywhere else I’d looked, and delivery was quick and exactly on time. The delivery driver was also really friendly and helpful, which made the whole process even better. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I am still waiting for delivery of my fridge freezer. The delivery company got in touch with me as promiser to arrange delivery. However, because of the steps from the car park to the house, they asked that i contact Simple home Appliances so they can upgrade delivery to 3 man delivery. This is when the horror began. The line provided is never answered but straight to a full voice mail so you cannot leave a message. I sent an email but this takes ip to 24 hours to be responded to and longer if the next day is a weekend. I am still waiting and not sure how long this is going to take either. So i am very frustrated by this

Easy process from start to finish. Delivery went well, delivery crew efficient and polite.

Pretty Good Service for a Smaller Independant. Also was able to register my Samsung Dryer for the extended warranty. Product was absolutely pristine and fully manfacturer wrapped (Unopened). Would use againn.
