I use SimpleSonic both for my personal website, and for my small business. For my business, I have custom made web processes and software that must interface in intricate ways to get the job done. To facilitate this, SimpleSonic support has been absolutely STELLAR.

I have worked with them numerous times to tweak features on my account suited for power users. I have asked silly questions. Each and every time the reply is prompt, courteous, and thorough. My biggest pet peeve with companies is when you open a support ticket and someone blows it off with a measly 5-word sentence or an autogenerated message. SimpleSonic has always taken my questions seriously and earnestly assisted me in addressing issues -- even debugging.

The rates are good, the reliability is wonderful, and support team truly makes makes me feel valued. Very happy with them!

I am on the Internet 28+ years, used quiet a number of hosting companies for myself and countless clients. Research for a DA Reseller provider I found Simple Sonic, and the difference to every host I used before was overwhelming.
Pages are loading faster I ever experienced before. The number of standard Cores, resources are top. But even more outstanding in todays environment, is the human aspect of service.
I am a service freak myself, and it is incredible "Awesome" how Scott, Austin and team respond. Not only fast, but with details and efficiency which is super.

I’ve been using SimpleSonic’s reseller service for about 2 months now. I actually thought about writing this review during the initial migration but decided to wait a bit longer to see how things would go. Even after all this time my experience has remained consistently positive. The servers are incredibly fast and the support team is always responsive and helpful. The reseller packages perform so well in benchmark tests that they can easily compete with some of my dedicated VPS setups. Getting this level of quality for such an affordable price is just amazing. I was quite skeptical at first and even reached out directly to the company’s management to get some details. Everything they told me was accurate and they’re completely transparent. I've been a reseller customer for two months. I can testify that Simplesonic servers are truly fast and stable; that the CPU resources are not overloaded; that uptime is certified and almost at cloud hosting level; that support is extremely fast and competent; and that the price is reasonable for the quality. So far, I'm truly satisfied.

I told the support team at Simplesonic that i was going to give them a 6 months and 12 months review after seeing how my experience with them goes. To be honest, i think it would be unfair of me to wait till that long before letting the world know how good Simplesonic is. From pricing to customer service to fast website load time, these guys are just amazing. The Simplesonic team took their time to help me migrate over 30 websites to their platform at such a great speed and kept me updated on how things were going at every step.

I am two months into SimpleSonic's DirectAdmin Reseller Hosting plan (for personal use + reselling), I can really vouch for their customer service and support, as well as hardware performance, speed and the amazing uptime (something I truly value). Price wise, it's in the medium range and I am not really affected by the price hike that's coming soon as I prefer it that way because it means SimpleSonic takes the hosting performance really seriously. Kudos!

The speed and performance I've experienced using SimpleSonic are amazing! I first tried the DirectAdmin reseller service and it was great, but then I decided I needed to use cPanel for a couple of quick projects and I found that to be just as easy!

Very Fast Servers with Very Good Resources .

I've been using SimpleSonic for the past 3 months, and honestly, the experience has been amazing. Their support team is incredibly helpful — I faced a few technical issues on my website (mostly due to my own lack of technical knowledge), and even though it wasn’t really their responsibility, they still went above and beyond to fix them for me.

What really stood out to me is their reseller hosting. Even with the beginner package, they provide generous resources — something I didn’t expect at all. It's rare to find such a good balance of support and value.

They're phenomenal! You get more resources and features for under $5 a month than you get elsewhere for triple and quadruple that figure. The performance and support are otherworldly good. Chat support almost always answers in under 30 seconds. Support tickets get resolved in under an hour in most cases. You wouldn't expect this when paying so little for hosting. I hope they expand to VPS and semi-dedicated so I can stay with them for many years.

The price for the hosting packages is great compared to competitors, and the server seems to be reliable and quick. I am stated in The Netherlands (Europe), so one of the reasons that I decided to go for SimpleSonic is that I can choose a server in the UK.
Their website is clear and informative and I love the fact that you can easily upgrade (or downgrade) from the dashboard to always suit your needs.

Site loads very fast, giving premium wordpress plugins for free via softaculous, 10/10 support team, would recommend!

I've been a long standing customer of Fastcomet. However, I realized I was overpaying for my hosting needs of my small business and I decided to make a switch to some affordable hosting.

I came across Namecrane and registered with them. However, their whole environment isn't too non-tech friendly and I also found their customer support quite slow and a bit condescending towards non-techy guys.
I was looking for an affordable hosting but not at the cost of quick and friendly support.

After asking for a refund at Namecrane in less than a week (they were sincere and refunded my amount) I had almost given up on my quest and was ready to stay with Fastcomet (which is expensive) when I came across Supersonic.

I gave them a try with scepticism and have been amazed by their service and support. Although it's fairly recent with them (currently, it is my second month with them) but everything has worked like a charm till now.

They had my server moved from Fastcomet (cPanel to cPanel) quickly and I had my website transferred and running super smooth in under 3 hours of registering with them!

For me, I usually rely on support for the most trivial of things like say "Help me open up a subdomain in cPanel" and I have found Simplesonic folks really helpful and quick for my needs.

All in all, I've had an amazing experience with them so far. I would definitely recommend.

Moved over after doing some research as our previous hosting provider we suffered very slow loading sites and downtime that could never be explained.

Always hesitant with a new host as you don’t want downtime however since moving we’ve had 100% uptime and the website loads faster.

Any questions I have are all answered extremely quickly.

Really happy with the service

If you look at my reviews, you will see a list of appallingly bad hosting service. I run into a lot of losers given that I am always buying hosting accounts. Now this review is a refreshing change. I am pleased to report that my time with this host so far is free of problems, the hosting is fast. It just simply works and the price was reasonable. In short, a perfect host.

The hosting is lightning fast and so is the support. I hope you add VPS hosting too.
