This company is a fraud! Never received my March 6th order and have emailed at least 4 times! Always same excuse- shipping delays- will come soon but never arrives! DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLE SUPPLY. Maryellen Royalty 4/19/26

Horrible experience. Bought a pair of shoes on April 1st. Three days later received an email with Tracking Code. Attempts to find out where my order is came up the same for days on end - tracking number created and "Order Ready." It's been Order Ready for over 10 days.

I reached out and the company said, something went wrong with their updates and it should be fixed by now. I tried again today to track my order and now the Order doesn't exist and the tracking number is invalid.

Of course I've written them again, but crickets...

The next step is to chargeback the purchase through the credit card company and get a refund.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO DELIVER.

I told them, I'd write this if they didn't respond or deliver...

I ordered a clothing item from SimplySupplyCo after seeing online ads that suggested a Ralph Lauren–style product made from cotton knit fabric.

The product took about a month to arrive, which already raised concerns.

When it finally arrived, the item was clearly not as advertised:

The material is polyester, not cotton
The quality is very poor compared to what was shown in the ads
The branding appears to be stitched on and does not look authentic

Overall, the product looks nothing like the advertised images or description.

I contacted the company to request a refund. While they did respond, I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense. Given the cost of international shipping, this makes the refund impractical and leaves the customer out of pocket.

I also noticed that their marketing materials display positive Trustpilot reviews, which I was unable to verify on Trustpilot itself. This raises further concerns about the accuracy of their advertising.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a misleading sales approach combined with a refund process that discourages returns.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

Counterfeit merchandise that is misrepresented. Scam website

This is a scam website. I placed an order that I never received. They responded twice and I never heard from them again. The trust pilot reviews are fake.

They claim they have reviews on Trust Pilot. I don't see any.
