Simplex

This messaging app does not require phone number. Can register with whatever lexis or in language you wish.

In order to find somebody, one needs an invitation, either a link or a QR code and confirming a profile - incognito or regular one.
So, no spam, ads, strangers won't reach you.

Multi layer encryption, quantum resistant too.
Proxies change, the app is rather DEX like. All data on a mobile device until servers deliver chunks of cryptic info.

6.2 or 6.3 beta has gotten Flux crypto security.

They've got the policy of honesty - if asked for data by officials tney publish it. None of that has occured yet.

Read what you accept. A lot of interesting things can be found out.

Chat groups are also present.

The app is free of charge by now
