The absolute worst insurance company that I have came across in my past 15 years in trucking. It takes them days to get back with you regarding a quote. It takes them days to add a truck. Their online portal is not user friendly. It’s complicated. The documents to sign you can barely scroll to see instead of sending everything in a pdf format so you can see and read clearly what you’re signing. There’s only one person that speaks English clearly and understands what’s going on. I can’t wait to get rolling with my trucks so I can leave this company. It’s a nightmare over here. Go to progressive directly. Stop dealing with these agencies. Poor customer service.

Dear Simplex Group,

My name is Delores Harvey, and I am writing to formally request a refund of $195 for an ELD device order.

On April 22nd, I was charged $195, but I did not receive the device. The package I received was a small box containing only two wires. I have attempted to resolve this by phone, but I have not received a call back.

My business name is Salvador Toro (813-733-6760) and my direct contact number is 616-409-0123.

I would like to return the items received and process a full refund of $195 immediately. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection services.

Please provide instructions for the return and confirmation of my refund.
